It only took me one time purchasing from them and then seeing their movies at Wal-Mart to let me know that this was a complete scam.

This is very helpful.  I now see that this is those ubiquitous Family Films people.  They have phone numbers from all over everywhere, and they call every day from a different number.  I bought a product from them in 2001 and they have called me a zillion times for TWELVE YEARS, although I have never made another purchase.

This company needs to be put out of business. They harass after being told no, no, no year after year. I'm in my sixties and have no children to watch their films!

I have asked them to take our name and number off of their list twice.  They just wait a few months and start calling again from various numbers.  I did report them to the FCC at the first of January.  I think this falls under harrassment!

I am so tired of this company calling my cell phone.  If you don't answer they just call again from a different phone number....must have call centers in every state!  Don't take any freebies or buy any products from Feature Films for Families or they will never leave you alone!

I asked them to take me off of their list and they didn't say no, but kept badgering me until I hung up. The next time they called from a different number - again I asked to be taken off of their list but the caller wouldn't quit. They still call 1-3 times a week!

I have at least 6 numbers from  Feature Films for Families blocked on my phone. They have been on a spree of calling for the past week. At the rate I'm going, all my free spots to block will be used up.

I used to buy films from them and have made it clear my family are all grown up and I no longer want their services. But they will not take no for an answer.

Feature Films For Families is the worst company ever!! They have no morals, they treat there employes and customers like garbadge. Most of the time its not even a real pearson who is calling you. they use an automated pre-recored system where there employes are listing to 3-4 calls at a time and pushing buttons acorrding to the response. If you question wheather or not this is a recording the recording will say either "Oh do I sound that Bad?", "laugh" or "yea your talking to a live pearson, I'm just using a computer for quality purposes"  Next time they call you ask them what 2+2 is and they will transfer you to customer service where you will talk to a live person.

Apparently this is "Feature Films for Families" or something like that.  They make very good films for children but their marketing tactics are reminiscent of a collection agency.  They are associated with the "Family Value Center" (231) 732-2175. Just tell them to take you off their list.

These Feature Films For Families people are annoying.  I know they make good movies for children but I hate listening to their whole speech every time they call. I emailed them to take me off their list.

Can not get them to stop calling, I have told them NUMEROUS times to take me off their list as I am NOT interested!

What's so "family friendly" about four calls a day to my cellphone (and it's on the DoNotCall registry!)  These guys are bums.  I'm complaining to the FTC.

I get these calls on my cell, which is really annoying, especially when I'm in the car driving.  In the past four days, I've gotten one call each from 616-980-2510, 410-774-8545, and 201-257-4536; and FIVE calls from 616-980-2331. That's EIGHT calls in less than a business week!

Also adding 443-297-2099 from Caller ID: Dave Brenda W

I have been ordering off and on from Feature Films for Families for over 15 years, but in the past 7 or so years, their marketing techniques have gotten worse. I don't know if they hired an outside marketing company since the calls no longer come from Utah, but if so, they made a mistake in doing so. The movies are great, but I cannot stand to talk to an automated system, even if there is a real person on the other end pushing buttons for the auto responses. I have told them that when they start having real people call again, I will be more apt to order even though I no longer have children at home to order for. They do have some good movies that can be enjoyed by adults too.

Note: I have talking caller ID, and I love when they do actually call using the ID "FFFF" because it sounds hilarious when my phone computer tries to say it. ;-)

I have purchased films from this company. They are very good.  They are good decent family films with a "Life message" coming with discussion ability to get the point across. Some of the young children films they have a work book too. Many of their films have been on Cable TV the Hallmark Channel and Family channel. They can be watched by the whole family without any worry rated PG. They are decently price, too. My grandchildren love them. The only complaint I have is that they do call you relentlessly. The past few days they have been calling from all of the above numbers. I have been call screening.

I've gotten many calls from this company in the past few days, but haven't answered, since they're calling my cellphone and the number isn't in my address book.  I've never contacted them, never released my information to them and certainly never purchased anything from FFFF.
So far have received calls from:
410-774-8545,
317-634-8133,
307-265-3512,
509-249-9188,
208-388-3328,
201-257-4536.
These are all confirmed as belonging to FFFF - just to help anyone else who's been getting these calls lately...I wonder how long they'll call if I never pick up?

This number is connected to Feature Family Films.  They send out "free" videos for you to watch with your kids and then they call back a week later.  When they call they ask what you thought (the films are usually B rated at best) & they ask for the numbers of your friends and family.  I was suckered into this last summer and now they call me at least once a month. You can also find them under 208-388-3328, 201-257-4536 & 1-616-980-2331

This company (Feature Films for Families) started calling us repeatedly about a week ago from more than one phone number (other numbers they used were 201-257-4536, 201-257-3512, 317-634-8133 & 208-388-3328).  We have caller ID and don't answer numbers we don't recognize, so have avoided talking to them.  Years ago we ordered movies from them - in a different town & different phone number; I don't know if they have tracked us down or just cold calling, but I have heard that they are relentless.
