Found this number on my caller ID. Don't know anyone with this number, don't know why there were calling me or how they got my phone number. Did a search on Google and got this website.

came home and found this number on my caller ID and just looked up on Google.  This is what I found.  I'm glad I looked.

I got a recording saying it was my credit card company with a special offer to reduce my monthly payments. Also said Final Notice

Phone call came in on my fax all-in-one so no receiver to answer the call. I assume same as above. I called back & got same recording.

Caller tried to get credit card information from me. Caller began by stating this was my final notice call regarding my "credit card account." I asked for the name of their company, caller id said "cox c" but was given quickly spoken gibberish. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was asked why, and then connected to a voicemail which was "dead." Calling the number back gets nothing but a recording saying they're busy. SCAM ALERT!!!
