I have contacted local DEA and they say I should go to my community police force to file a report.  These DEA agents have phoned  my work, my cell and my home. They will "pick me up"  also another name was Michael Mayonia ( not sure of spelling),  I have been terrified

This is a prank.  File a complaint with the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.  I called them back and harrassed them until they started blocking my calls.

They've chaimed their scam and now claim to be selling pain killer for your back pain.  I got 4 calls today.  I called them back about 20 times until they started blocking my caller ID and sending me direct to voicemail.  It's easy:  File an FCC complaint and then harrass them right back.  They'll block your number.

same thing happed to me unfortunely  he tricked me into whating for info via the internet and i was an hour late to work. I asked him for more info to prove who he was and he got angry so i figured it was a scam, Im still made at myself for letting him get to me.  I did call my local police, the miami police and the fbi but thay didnt seem toconcerned.These px scammers have called me 1 to 3 times a day for the last three years. I wish some one could put a stop to this.

I have received a call from 410 782 3116 and did  not answer. They left no message. I do not answer calls I do not recognize. Instead I look up online who is making a call. Surprised to see this posting and appreciate the warning. I blocked the number through my phone carrier.

Received call from this same number over a month ago when (mentioned above) man claimed to be DEA Agent. Today he calls (guess he forgot) and attempts to try and sell me meds  over phone- what a fool! I informed him I remebered previous calls (which I reported to DEA Hotline 877-792-2873). I told him that I do not order meds over the phone and was aware of who he was and that I had reported him last month. His scam is simple pretend to be pharmacy then next day call as DEA. Either way he is trying to  get CC info DO NOT GIVE this person any information about yourself

Received call from "DEA Agent West" who proceeded to ramble on about whether I was aware of purchasing meds on phone or over internet was in violation of "constitutional law" number (I forgot). I responed no, however, I asked him whether I was in violation of constitional law or crimminal law (since the two are seperate) this caused him to hesitate and then tell me we had a bad connection and directed me to call 1-800-371-3230 ext. 102. So I called this 800 number and got answering machince thanking me for calling the DEA and to enter the extension number of the agent I was looking for (Interesting all the names of these DEA agents are the same as many that have called me over the last several months-years)so I left message for "Agent West" stating I was aware of this scam and not to call me again. Sure enough he called me back later from 410-782-3116 and when I began to question him he disconnected the call. So I called back and got someone on the phone who said "Agent West" had just stepped out and I could leave him message. The person who answered the phone was same guy (Agent West) but just to play along I said sure and left message for "Agent West"  to call me back. Although I know he is not real agent I rather enjoy waisting his time and to gather as much info about him as possible. I will not give him any personal info or money but the more info I can get about him the more I can report to DEA hotline on these scam artists.

Yep, add another one to the list.  This time he said his name is Sargent James West and claims he already has a warrant for a search and along with an arrest warrant.  He wins the prize as dumbest officer because any halfway intelligent one would not give enough warning to a person for fear that they'd remove evidence and flee.  Fortunately, I have done nothing illegal, I have nothing to hide if any legitimate search warrant was issued, and I'm smart enough to know a b***s*** call when I get one -- I just hope nobody else falls for it, which is why I'm posting here.  Don't fall for this scam.  report it to police.  These guys need to go to JAIL.

Yep, that guy just called me today - twice. He talked so fast I could barely understand him, although I knew it was a threat cuz he mentioned DEA and a warrant for my arrest. He has a heavy accent (Hispanic, I think). I said "who are you kidding - don't you know you're all over the Internet with your fake con game?" He called me many months ago, but I didn't talk to him, just heard his message.

Yes, I received the a call from  410-782-3116. same thing about a package that they have and they will put me in jail and I would go to jail in the Domnican Republic.  They must have called 9 times today.  I put a block on the number, however, they always have different numbers.  It is nothing but a scam, and he says he is with the DEA, he can go to jail, just indicating he works for the DEA,

I got a threat message on Friday and blocked the number.  I got another one on Monday and blocked the number.  On Wednesday I got a message from the same area code and 3-digit exchange saying:  We are your on-line pharmacy.  Safe and secure ordering!  It was the same guy's voice!!!

They are determined to get your money, one way of the other and I worry about people like my parents who would be frightened out of their minds!

I received a call from this number today on my cell  phone provided by my employer.  The male individual stated that he is a DEA agent and requested that I send $3500.00 to avoid a 3 year jail sentence for having ordered medication over the internet.  I was also informed that I could "negotiate" and send $1000.00 today.

i got the same call today so maybe vanessa<john or mr.weeks are reading this...those r the indivduals who r on the line when i called back.mr john not only said that he has a warant for my husband but he wanted to know if "i liked black c***s cause he has one for me".what a joke,there parents would be so proud.lol

A person using this telephone number called me three times, stating that he was and agent of the DEA and threatening to arrest me and search my home.  As I am a former employee of the US Dept of Justice I knew that no law enforcement agency worked the way this person was working.  But, I wonder how many people get scared and subsequently do whatever they're being told to do.  Watch out.

The same day I received the message from this idiot a debit charge came through on my card "PHONEBURNER" for 67.50, & one from Eclipse Enterprises $45.00.  Neither were charges made by me.  Luckily I have it set up through the bank to receive online alerts when debit card is used

I wonder if there is one particular pharmacy that everyone is using that generates these calls.  This is the very first time I have received a message such as this, & I used a new online pharmacy 2 days ago.

Yes I also received a phone call today from this number with the same exact message as the above mentioned.  Warrant for my arrest and to search my home...blah...blah...blah.   What's scary is that "SOMEONE" will and probably has fallen for this & paid these idiots money.  Another scary thought is how were they able to obtain my phone #????  I did not call the number, knew it was a scam, but it's not a great message to listen to.

A david weeks called me from this number (410-782-3116) claiming he was dea and that he knew I had bought medication over the internet. He told me it was illegal and that if I did not deliver $2500 to a federal court building within 45 minutes that a federal marshal would be knocking on my door with a warrant for my arrest. He said once I had the money to call him back and he would then tell me which federal court building in my town to bring the money to. He said this would be the first payment of many untill I paid a total of $5000. I hung up and made a report to the federal trade comission, the fbi and the dea in my home town. I knew it was a scam from the start but needless to say I will not be buying anymore medication over the internet. I dont even care if its walmarts website. (No more)

I made a sheriff rerport about this guy and this whole ring of people that call wanting you to send them money and claim they have there product but want you to send them money to the domenican republic. The detective that im dealing with in this case said that these ring of people are always calling people claiming to be the law and are tryen to scare you in to sending them money and saying that they have a package that has your name and address on it that is eleagel controband in it and that the only way to aviod arrest is to send them money do not send them anything and tell them to go f--k there selves. FACT the law will not call and give you a warning that they are coming to get you or let you know if they have something against you there just going to come get you if thats the case...... But if i was you i would make a ploice report because the more people that make a pplice report about this the more law they will have investigaten them anbd will hopefully lead to an arrest of these people that are nothing but CONS..... I wish that i could get my hands on them first i promise they want be calling anyone else i will take them swimming with concrete boots and they want be coming back home i promise that....

I got the same call this week fromo a Sgt JAmes Weeks DEA, Drug Enforcement Now Agency, 410 782 3116 and has a warrant out for my arrest and property search or something...called back no answering maching...who can we report this too...this is ridiculous....

I got a call yesterday from this same number telling me he had some package seized and was going to put a warrant out for my arrest and come arrest me I wish this guy had the nerves to come arrest me it would be the last mistake he made i can promise him that the thing is he has my address and name and phone number so i dont know why he cant come visit me i promise i will carry him swiming in a pair of concrete boots and he will not call nobody no more........ Its a shame that this dude has nothing better to do with his time then make prank calls.

Some gentleman claiming to be DEA agent james Weeks called me and said he was going to arrest me and seize my home. I told him to bring it on. Total scam.. beware.
I called the # back and there is no answering machine LOL
