The call everyother day don't leave a message and when I am at office(oh yeah we are a non profit agency) and answer they just hang up

They keep calling and don't talk when I answer - I'm on the do not call list but I still get calls from solicitors.

Got call, did not answer.  They call all of the time.  People get worked up because they get tired of people calling who that do not have business with.

I have had repeated calls from the toll free number 1-888 727-4286 and the 410 828-0755 and told them to cease and desist calling my place of employment.  I work for a small law firm and this is considered Harassment because they ignored my request to stop calling.  All day, I receive a dialer calling from the 888 number and 5-6 calls during the day. This company is NOT in compliance with the FDCPA and should be sued under several violations.  I looked up the address in Spokeo and found that the address is from a house in 3 different locations, Cockeysville, Towson and West Chester, MD all in the Baltimore area.  They called my Daughters cell phone too! As far as I'm concerned, let's file a class action suit.

They're driving me crazy. We've gotten at least one call from them every day, with just a hang up once I answer the phone.

I call back, but it takes me directly to an answering machine. I refuse to leave them a message. My only hope is one day I'll get a human and then I can tell them to take us off the list.

Time to block the number.

Very rude and persistant when they finally understood I wasn't intertested he just hung up, no good bye or thank you for your time, just got a dial tone.  I called the number back and just got a voicemail.

AGAIN with the calls.  I've asked them to remove me from the list. I have ensured that I'm on the Do Not Call registry. I have temporarily blocked their number with my cellphone carrier. Now that the block has expired.... they're calling again!

These a@?holes called last week and I reported them to donotcall.gov because they sounded suspicious.  They called again this week and when I firmly asked to be removed from the calling list, the man kept talking as if it didn't matter.  I presses him to find out what exactly is this call in reference to and he hung up.  I don't know what these guys are up to but it's pissing me off.

What is happening is that it is an automated system. The national do not call list does not apply to business phone numbers. You have to speak to someone and ask to have your number removed. If you ignore the calls, they will just keep calling. I agree that its highly annoying but like i said, it's an AUTOMATED SYSTEM. It calls a few numbers at a time and once one person picks up, it releases the other calls. I see people getting so worked up over this it is ridiculous. Very simple solution: call, ask to be put on the 'do not call list', calls end. JUST CALL 410 828 4286 AND TELL THEM  YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR NUMBER REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM. WE NEED THE PHONE NUMBER THAT WE ARE CALLING TO REMOVE IT.

Repeatedly insulted us, they keep calling and looks there is no way to stop them, they say they are "USB Payment  Processor"

I've called and asked to be removed.

I've registered my number with the do-not-call registry.  It's a personal cellphone, not a business, so the "Business Phones aren't blocked by the do-not-call" thing doesn't fly. I don't know how they got my number in the first place.

I'm still getting calls.

This company calls and hangs up from several different numbers, 410-828-0755 included. If you do get a person they ask you if you accept debit and credit cards, when you tell them you have a system they hang up on you before you can ask to have your number taken off their list. It's rude and disruptive to my business. If you try to call back, it rings and rings..

I just called 410-828-4286, and the woman who answered was really nice.  She understood right away that we wanted to be taken off their call list.  They are USB Payment, a merchant business that provides credit card services.  Our business doesn't do any credit card transactions so we have no reason to get these calls.  I gave her every phone and fax number we have here, and she will take us off the list!  If you call the other number that they call from (410-828-0755) it will just ring and ring, so make sure you call 410-828-4286 to be take off the list!

I have been geeting daily calls from this number. I don't answer and no message is ever left.

this number calls our business repeatedly to try to get us to switch credit card processing.  Most of the time it is a hang up when you answer which has made me stop working to get to the phone and deal with this.   These kind of calls are definitely contributing to the decline of the gross national production.

I called that phone number and spoke to a Jenn.  She was very polite and said she would remove our phone no. from the caller list straight away......we'll see......

Called them back at the number provided by the other commenters here and requested I be removed. They were very nice and removed me from their list. Just call the 410-828-4286 number and ask to be removed. Be polite and it'll work wonders and you won't have to worry about them calling you anymore.

Have my number removed. This is not a business. This is a resident of a 92 year old man, with TWO Navy SEALs for grandsons that don't mind driving!!!!!!!
