They have called MULTIPLE times just today they never leave message. Calls 3x one within few minutes, then waits about 30 minutes and another 3 calls. This has been going on for past 3 hours. I am on the DNC list but continue to get calls. About ready to report to police

If I'm not mistaken, this is how the scam works: The phone keeps ringing every couple of minutes until you're so aggravated that you pick up to chew them out, but they hang up. Here is where they get you: you dial their number, they pick up, hang up without saying anything, but stop calling. You think that's the end of it until you check your phone bill and there's a $19.95 charge from that number. I think it's originating out of the Caribbean or somewhere like that. So, the moral of the story - DON'T CALL BACK!! Call your phone company and let them deal with it.

Call every 45 mins.  Never leave a mess.  After reviewing comments I will continue to ignore.

This number started calling me as soon as I went on the healthcare website. Seriously, like, the second I hit a submit button for my application. They've called 8 times within 24 hours. They never leave a voicemail. Apparently it's an insurance company. The first time I answered, the person sounded so unprofessional and wouldn't tell me who they were. Sounds shady to me....

My husband answered the phone and they said "how are you today ma'am?" He said "um actually this is a guy ...who is this??" then they refused to say anything else so he hung up. Caller ID says "Compliance center". I get harassed by several different phone numbers and private callers on a daily basis but pretty sure the first time I got this number. I'm also on the Do Not Call list.

I've revived 5 calls from this number today! I did not answer and they didn't leave any messages! WTF? I'm going to report them! How did they get my cell number?!!!
Calls came in at 11:43,11:50,12:30,1:49,1:57pm! That is abuse!

After placing a check order through Checks in the Mail, I have received numerous calls from this number and other telemarketers. When I received my check order yesterday and saw the privacy statement, I immediately called to opt out of of marketing communications. Supposedly, Checks in the Mail does not provide customer information to other marketers, but this is the only organization I have shared this particular phone number of mine with. There is no other way anyone would have gotten my number. I have also registered on the Do Not Call list. I will file a complaint if the phone calls continue. I will not reorder from Checks in the Mail again.

Telemarketers trying to sell insurance!!!

They call me starting at 6am and hang up when I answer. Then they call right back looking for Lakisha. I tell them wrong number. This prompts several more calls and hang ups. I called the number back to find out who they are and the refuse to divulge the companies name. They say that they are calling to offer Lakisha affordable healthcare. They argue and harass me ALL DAY. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. They cannot call that early and are not allowed to call back once told its a wrong number. Since filing the complaint they call more often and from different numbers and states, using. VOIP system. They now have 15 days to respond to the FTC COMPLAINT. Do not delete the numbers and go online and file a complaint! I took snapshots of my call log and sent that with my complaint. Over 200 calls in 7 days.... Phone stalking that is out of control!!

They called my cell.  I sent it to voice mail, but they didn't leave a message.  I have family in Maryland, so I called the number back &  they answered the phone by saying "Hi, Tami?"  I dint know who they are because I told them they had the wrong number.

Have called multiple times this morning to our emergency business line.  Never leaves a message and has called before business hours so we haven't answered.  Don't know anyone form the area.

Same here, 4 times in a row. I didnt have my phone on me at the time, its creepy since I dont know anyone from Baltimore aside from my Boyfriend and he only spent 3 years there when he was a toddler.
