someone calls and calls. i say hello and no one answers

Some foreign answering machine is the only thing that picks up for this number. Probably a scumbag bill collector or some bs spam from a craigslist ad i replied to

I just got a call from this number and nomore was on the phone. Stop playin on my phone!!

I receive a phone call from this number daily, but when I answer no one is there.  I've tried blocking through my cell carrier but its been unsuccessful.  anyone know who this is?

I have received several phone calls and hang - ups from this number. I feel most certain that this is a scam. Annoying!!!! Frustrating!!!!

I received more thant 7 phone from this phone #: 410-858-4196. How I can stop these phone calls?  Can somebody let me know.  Thanks

Keep calling in spite of being told not too. Some foreign person telling me they are my career advisor.

They keep calling my cell phone and I have no clue who they are and how they got my number. How annoying. I haven't answered any of their calls. I just hit ignore. Some people.....GEEZE

Yah they keep calling my house when i am out. no message and when i tried tor eturn the call i got a foriegn answering machine. ANNOYING!!!! >:/

They just called she had my name ????? I told her in French and Spanish "this is an unlisted number do not call back"  I hope it worked.

I just received a call 10 minutes ago and all I could think was scam.

They just started calling our business.  And what's funny is, they are all foreign tongued representatives.  I can hardly understand what they are saying through the accents.  That's what make it very frustrating to get a call from this company and and some other company solicitations.  They are immigrants asking us to do business with our own government???!!!  OMG!  Unreal.
I just told her there was no one here right now to talk with her.  I called the number and a recording came on saying, "No one can take your call right now. Please leave a message."  So I did, asking them to take our number off their call list.  They don't even I.D. their company or anything on the recorded message.  I understand that people have to make a living, but I don't have the time to be answering telemarketer calls all day long.  I pray one day that they will be out-lawed!!!

We keep getting the phone call but no one is ever on the other end.  Its just about once a day or so, I pick up the phone and say hello and there is never a response.

They don't leave a message.  Why would we ever take a call from someone that can't even leave a message.

I noticed that when I registered with SBA that all of the sudden I was getting blasted by 1,000 companies all wanting to help me get stuff done through the government.  I suspect that for each of you the calls you are getting as because you too are "fresh meat" in their eyes.

Trying to sell me sone "GSA" contract in order to work contracts with the government.
Asked for the owner who hasn't been here almost a decade.
Obvious tele-center noises in the background. Just kept saying maybe until she hung up. Sounds like a new scam.
