Strange the same EXACT thing happened to me..although it did have  Baltimore Eschange and said Baltimore...a recording said they were lookig for a Phillip so and so.......I called back and this girl read the name of the company so fast i couldnt understand her and refised to tell me what it was all about....more nutty scammers I guess

Calling these cowards is only to find the reason for contact. I company is "Convergent Outsourcing". Their number is 410-864-3253. When they call, they are looking for a "Derick Adams". I have informed them that there is no one by that name here, and the rep said that she would remove my number from there system, however they never do.

Kept calling me for no reason. Stop  this annoying us.

Have my name and said important to call back  name matches to Dish Network on a bill that had been settled.

They called my cell phone but I didn't answer - I called them back from my work number which shows up as a generic switch board.  It was finally answered by someone saying they were from "Convergent Oursourcing" and they were trying to get ahold of "Phillip ______" (not me and not anyone they could see using the generic switch board number of my company) and that if that wasn't me, they'd remove teh number.  I asked what sort of business they conduct and they said they were a "Financial Institute" - when asked what financial services they provide, they utterly refused to tell me.  I told them any legitimate financial institution would not be so secretive about their services.  Very frustrating and suspect.

They are some kind of collection agency.Fishing for info ,they should already have if they are looking for you or someone else.Beware!!!!!! White pages said they are a lock smith. That is a lie.

You call number back want to give personal information cant tell what company they are calling from.

she said she was calling on the behalf of Sprint, then when i asked is this about a bill she said yes, then they asked me for my last 4 of my social and my address to confirm.  i think its a bill collector

Some people think a British accent makes them appear suave, more legit!! Lord knows everyone has caught on to the Indian accent!!

The British accent is just a recording sent out by the credit card scammers.

The voice mail options were in a British accent. I'm in the 410 area code, but the caller ID said "out of area".

They Don't tell you what it is in reference to but yet they keep you on the phone waiting for ever.

I suspect it's a collection agency though it shows as a locksmith online. When you answer they ask you to press 1 if its who they are looking for. If you call back they tell you to hold til next available rep. No name.
