I got a call from Cosmo which I don't know who they are.

Got the call again. First it came in as restricted. I was very nice. they wanted my cc number to help me lower my rate. they told me they sent me a packet in the mail 45 days ago. I asked for a number to call them back on, since i didn't feel safe just giving my cc#. they swore it was legit and they cant charge anything to my card with out my approval. they hung up and called me back from this number. so i asked what was the name of his company. he told me account services in orlando florida. I had him on the phone for over 15 minutes. he finally hung up on me.

got a call at 2:44 PM today.  I'm on the do not call list as well - nextel network.

Just got this 1 ring and hangup on my AT&T cell phone during the super bowl halftime show.  I'm on the do-not-call list, too.

I just got a call. I'm on Nextel/Sprint.  It rang twice and then hung up before I could answer.

got the same call.  No information left.  Another ring once and hang up call.  We all are very tired of these lame systems intruding.

One ring. No message too. I wonder if they are fishing for #'s to sell and auto dialing all possible #'s one-by-one to see which are in use,

I do not answer calls from numbers I don't know. It rang, and no message left. I have a Tracfone, so I don't think it matters what company you have.

Rang once on my cell at around 11am CST.  Not calling back, but I'll be checking my bill

Got a call from this number 2/3/2010 8pm pst, missed the call, id from Baltimore, MD, no voicemail left.

Called my cell phone, came up as a missed call, left no message.

I got a call from this number and called it back then got a txt msg about buying a ring tone for 9.99 for 2 months, called ATT to have them block any charges that might come through.

AT&T cell here.   Rang only once, left no message.   I too am on DO NOT CALL.

Same here- rang once, i did not pick up, and the call was aborted. Looked up on the Internet first, and found all those complains about the same. I am with T-Mobile, and on the DO NOT CALL list.

Missed the call, but according "wondering", (above) that was the idea: "heycosmo.com" combines telemarketing with reversing the charges, amounting to a more-evil-than-average marketing scheme.
To "Huting for Jobs.." sounds like bad karma. Avoid them. Don't visit them.

i had the same thing happen to me,THERES A COMPANY IN TEXAS CALLED ROCKET COMUNICATIONS, THEY FIND NUMBERS THAT WORK, AND THEN BILL UR BUNDLES LANDLINE,CELLPPHONE, FOR 12.99 , ITS ON THE PHONE BILL, STATING NOT  PAYING THIS PROTION WILL NOT EFFECT UR  LOCAL LINES, THIS COMPANY CLAIMS TO FED MEDIA, FAXES, ETC  WELL  THEY ARE BOGUS, IF U CALL THE NUMBER  THEY GIVE U WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS, AND MOM'S MAIDEN NAME IN RETURN,   DO NOT GIVE THEM THE REAL  EMAIL, NOR  MOTHERS NAME,   ROCKET COOM. IS STEALING OUR MONEY,  CHECK UR PHONE BILL EVERY MONTH FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES,

same here - 1 ring and then hung up (thought it was a girl from the past or something so I googled it first and saw this LOL)

received short ring and missed call message on cell phone - called back but just rap music so hung up after 17 seconds.  No caller ID.  Is someone making money with call backs?
