claimed to be some law office. said i have 48 hours to respond or a warrant will be issued for my arrest. they have been calling for about 2 months. went to get my drivers liscense renewed, was not arrested for any outstanding warrants. i believe these guys are scam artists. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRICKS. identity theft is the FASTEST growing crime in the u.s. don't be a victim.

This is  collection company out of cleveland ohio.  They took a picture of my vehicle's license plate and mailed me a ticket for $100.00 dollars.  I spent thousands in Ohio with my family.  I refused to pay out of principle (this was not a bill, only a cheap way to get revenue).  After they realized I wasn't going to pay, they transfer the fee to this collection agency.  They pissed me off with their tactics.  they tried to sound professional or even as if they were with the police or DA's office.  Don't call them back.

Listen amazed at the dumbness why don't you get the story together before talking out of your a**. I never recieved a call from these people but had a friend who had issues with them. She took out a payday loan years ago and it was paid off. They called her and told her that she will be going to prison in a few hours if she does not pay. They would not send her a letter stating it was against the law to send out letters nor will they give her an address claiming that was against the law. Now we all know that's not true. So she contacted the company that she took the loan from and was told it was paid off and they have no record of collections that she was in good standing. Ok so I contacted the company pretending to be someone gave them a random name and was told oh yes here I have your record you had a payday loan that is now in collection you must pay or you will be sent to jail. I requested a address to send the payment to they will not accept checks only credit cards. BULL S***.

I then contacted my State Attorney Office and was told that they had several complaints on this company and it was indeed a scam. These people are con artist and trying to scare people into giving them money. I'm all for paying your bills but this is not about a debt. This is about a bunch of a holes trying to steal money from people. I'm happy I was there to help my friend and I'm here to make sure that no one is tricked into giving them money.

These con artist have several different numbers and was at one point shut down and opened up again using a different name and number. So before you post get your details right. No one here is posting about this company trying to get away from paying a debt. There is no debt they owe the company is trying to con money from people. So there is a difference.

Then that means we can't trust what you say either. Right?

PEOPLE ARE CRAZY AS HELL. ANYONE AND THERE MOTHER CAN POST COMMENTS ON HERE. SO DOES THAT MAKE EVERYTHING A FRAUD. PEOPLE NEED TO GROW UP AND PAY THE MONEY THAT THEY OWE.

what kind if scam are you talking about, they called me and siad it was a civil law suit against me with a know creditor.

Don't freak out check out the note left at 4108782437, they are the same people and they are a scam. They may be affiliated with the scam coming out of Cleveland Ohio, the number for them is 216-393-0456. It seems like they share some of the same info or are the same people.
