I set up a payment with credit one today. I asked if the calls would stop. I was told yes for one week. I then old her I get up to 10 calls a day from them from numerous numbers. I was informed they are only allowed to call 4 times a day. LIES!!!!

I've been receiving over 20 calls a day from this company.  Every time I have answered they immediately hang up.  I finally lost it the other night when they called after 9pm, hung up and then called right back.  I missed the second call, so I called the number.  I proceeded to tell the lady that I'd be filing a complaint due to their constant harassment of just calling and hanging up and then calling after 9pm.  I've had it, and I did file a complaint.

Yes your 100% right it is Credit one call they are some persistent pricks harassing people for pennies. I made a contact in my phone "Do Not Answer" (I can add as many numbers to this contact as I like, so when they call from a new number I just add it to the contact) I'v add a picture of the Grinch as the contact photo and when they call the theme song from the Grinch plays

WOW Excellent Android Advice how nice.  I have been bloking them through Sprint for all their numbers.  I dont owe them that much but since they are a***oles and dont listen they can continue to wait.    I just block the number on MySprint website and they are not able to contact me.   Just didnt want to use all 50 numbers for them.

They never bother to leave any kind of a message, so now they're blocked. At my house, no message means you didn't actually want to talk with anyone. Do it again and you're blocked.

They're bottom-feeders, so it would be absolutely no surprise if Credit One Bank is using them, since they're bottom-feeders, too.

This is NCO calling for Credit One Bank. 15 calls in one day over a $463.00 debt. Wouldn't you say that this is far beyond harassment. Save yourself the headache, if you talk to an ASSociate, answer their questions and hang up. They give you the run around with the same questions trying to frustrate you with anger. HELLO and BYE!!!

All android smart phones have this feature.

1.  Add this number as a contact
2.  Go to contacts and select the new contact you made.
3.  Press Options
4.  Check "Send incoming calls to voicemail"

Calls show up in the call list but your phone doesn't ring or vibrate.

Received two calls today 03/30/12 with no message.  Could this be Credit One Bank?  They have called my cell with 15 different numbers so far and if this is them, it would be number 16.  Wow.

I have also been getting this call. I don't answer it so I do not know if there is anyone on the other line. I would like to know why they are calling but from the looks of it even if I do answer they will just hang up. They also never leave a message and they call persistantly through out the day as much as 6-8 times a day! My opinion if you want to reach me that bad leave me a message.

Same thing here. They call never leave a message and when u pick up the phone they dont answer. Today 3/10/12 is the first day the started calling and i already have 5 missed calls from them.

Just starting receiving calls from this number 2 days ago. I even answered but they hung up. They never leave a message.
