Who ever it is, CID says Anonymous.  I never answer any call from Anonymous.  Just pick up and hang up.  End of story.  It is either a charity or political asking for money.  I never make donations over the phone or online.  Snail mail, maybe. :)

I have received numerous calls from this number. They call weekdays, nights, and week-ends.

I never answer. I did answer another telemarketer and picked up the phone and then immediately hung up.

I GET THESE CALLS AND THEY SAY ANONYMOUS AND WHEN ANSWERED THEY SAY THEY ARE FROM EASTER SEALS.  I TELL THEM TO GO TO HELL AND HANG UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who can stop this insanity!  Who is doing this?  The call comes frequently as out of area and only rings 2 times--never leaves a message.  I am on a do not call list.  This harassment should be against the law.

I said "Hello" The caller did not reply. After saying "Hello" a couple more times without reply, I hung up. My caller ID listed the number as "Private". This call came in the late evening around 8PM. If this is from MD where the area code is assigned, it's after 10PM. This doesn't look like a legitimate charity or business call.

Received a call from this number. Anonymous, Called 9:18 AM Sunday 6 Oct 2013. Answered on second ring, said Hello and there was no answer. Can't the phone company in that area do something about this?

I refuse to answer the phone, I am getting calls daily from early morning to as late as 9:00 pm at night.  Identified as Easter Seals.

I am tired of this number calling my home several times a day all day long.  If it can be stopped, I would surely appreciate it.  It shows up on my caller ID as "anonymous".

These people call every day, and the caller ID comes up as "Easter Seals." No one is ever on the line, and they do not leave a message. I called the regional Easter Seals office, and a man there assured me that Easter Seals NEVER calls seeking donations over the phone. He told me the next time they call, write down the number and call him back, which is what I'm going to do. It may be that he has bad information, and the national office is responsible for these calls. Whatever the case, Easter Seals is going to hear from me. Easter Seals is a reputable charity that does a lot of good work, so I'm hoping they have nothing to do with this harassment. And I hope the man at the regional office was being honest with me.

Have received multiple calls from this number.  This time, a recorded message message was left thanking me for my work with disabled individuals.  I erased the message without listening to the rest of it.  Caller ID says "Unknown" and area code is apparently from MD.  Might be a reputable charity, but I never donate over the phone.

Like Amy, I had a similar experience.  I answered, said hello twice, caller did not speak and I hung up.

They call EVERY DAY!!! MAKE IT F****NG STOP!

I just got a call from that number, but the caller did not talk, just stayed silent, and hung up.

This number id'ed as Easter Seals, the lady was thanking my mother for her last contribution and wanted more, my mother age 96 handed me the phone I told the lady NO and she still kept on talking and asking for money.  I told her never to call again.
