Verizon has a right to call, but they DO NOT have the right to repeatedly call and harass their customers. I was receiving at least 3 calls a week when I called Verizon and demanded that they CEASE calling me. They stopped. They no longer call and attempt to engage me with cold calls about their services. You have to call the Verizon and put your foot down. They WILL listen.

11:30 am. 07/06/13. Called my landline. No response on other end after I answered. I hung up.

It's Verizon. They have my landline service, but not my cell service. They called my landline at 9:58 am this morning. Part of a pre-recorded message was left, but it seems that the computer that called didn't realize that my answering machine picked up, so I got just the tail end of the message. Oh well. I know they have a right to call me but I am not having any problems or complaints about my service or billing so I will exercise my right not to answer :-)

They call my home number at least twice a day and there is never anyone on the other end. Caller id is VERIZON
