I know that it is a land line and Verizon is the carrier. I called Verion and they are useless.
Call The Cockeysville, Maryland (Baltimore, 7th Precint) 410-887-1820 and complain that some sphincter muscles (male and female voices) are calling at all hours and hanging up and you want it stopped. Enough calls will irritate the police and maybe Cockeysville finest will find these jerks and hopefully pull a Rodney King on their worthless derriers.
Keep calling and complaining the cops even though they say that they cannot do anything. I kept calling the local police and I have not had a call from these sphincter wipes (410-929-1954) in 2 months.
Believe me it works.

ISelect Health is owned by a man named Shawn T Hart who lives in Pompano Beach with a published home phone number. Maybe you should call him at his home and ask him why he keeps bothering you

It's definitely related to health insurance. What's really strange about this one is I never actually clicked "SUBMIT". That means ehealthinsurance.com is handing over personal & contact info once you've entered any info at all. When I partially filled out an app I already had an independence blue cross plan & was just curious about quotes for similar plans with Aetna, Celtic, & Keystone. I don't recall why but I stopped after I had filled in my name, and contact/address info. I didn't get any further, didn't save it, & never received a confirmation email saying I had submitted the app.
That's kind of frightening. At least when a person fills out & submits a full app the agent can reasonably assume you are looking for info and/or a quote... So calling makes sense. Calling me 7-10 times weekly is nutzo!!'

They call constantly. Every telemarketer should be required to have a working callback number and a method to remove your number from their call list.

This phone number belongs to a Company out of Florida called 'ISelect Health'. (Their website is at www.iselecthealth.info, which redirects to www.homelandforone.com) Their actual phone number is 1-800-727-9814
ISelect Health is not a health care company itself, rather this company acts a middleman to steer customers to one of five (or more) clients they work for. If you receive a missed call from them, and than try to return the call, all you get is the weird music, than nothing, followed by a disconnect. However, if you manage to answer the phone while it is ringing, you will find yourself speaking to an initial receptionist who try to verify your information before passing you along to one of their agents. I was a bit shocked, not only to receive the initial unsolicited phone call from ISelect Health, but doubly shocked to discover that they already had all of the personal information which I had given CovertryOne a couple of days before. (Coventry ultimately declined to insure me.) I suspect that I had 'agreed' to allow my information to be shared with Coventry 'associates' as part of the on-line application I submitted, and the sharing was 'disclosed' somewhere in the mouse-type. Privacy is dead.
Privacy issues aside, this middle-man company now has my personal information called me as a potential hot lead. After grilling the receptionist who called me, I agreed to speak to one of their agents who, I was told, might be able to offer specific healthcare options available to me. There then followed a brief hold (*WITH* the creepy music!!) before I found myself speaking to Senior Agent Specialist Kenith. His number is 1-800-727-9814 ex. 2317. Kenith seemed knowledgeable and was very responsive and non-evasive to all of my questions. However, it fell to me to ask the RIGHT questions. Kenith told me of the five main companies he works for (and there were some major brand names), but informed me that because of my pre-existing conditions, he would only be able to get me PPO coverage with "US Health" through "Multiplanppo".
The terms at first seemed attractive, given that I am currently uninsured. However, I was picking up on a few red flags. For example, Kenith told me that I could buy this PPO coverage and still qualify for placement with Iowa's version of HIPAA guaranteed healthcare coverage. In fact, I could carry both! How can that be, I asked myself, when HIPAA programs are, by their nature, intended only for those who are uninsurable on the private market? Either I was mistaken, or there was something fishy about this so-called PPO. Later on that evening I did some digging on line, and found even more red flags. Not only has "Multiplanppo" not earned the NCQA seal of approval, I couldn't find either "US Health" or "Multiplanppo" listed with the Iowa Insurance Division as licensed to sell health insurance in Iowa. Even more alarming, a google search for "multiplan ppo complaints" turned up some worrisome posts out of Florida. I know full well that consumer complaint web sites need to be taken with a huge dose of salt, but this was one more red flag to we weary of.
The following day I spake to Kenith again and, this time armed with the right questions, I was informed that "Multiplanppo" is a conglomerate, or rather an aggregate of providers who have come together to offer a program of negotiated reduced-cost coverage (It is NOT, apparently, a genuine PPO. Hence, no conflict with HIPAA.)
So this, to the best of my understanding, is who is calling from 4109291954, why they are calling, and how they got my info. What they offer may have a legitimate place in your total health package, just do your homework and understand who they are and what they are selling.
(BTW, Kenith stated that ISelect Health out of Florida is not the same company as iSelect Health out of Australia which formed in 2000 as a health care intermediary.)

Called again just now. Get a call a day sometimes twice. No one on the other end when answer. Music when call the # back.
| KDM 2012-07-05 21:00:27 Unknown |
I am called multiple times a day by this number, no message is ever left, I have already had more than four calls frmo them today, it must stop!
| Science_1 2012-07-03 21:01:31 Unknown |
These calls may well be associated with a certain health-care company sharing client information. A day after I called one insurance company in Iowa for a quote these calls began. I am withholding the insurance company name until I know for certain that they are to blame. I find a missed call once a day from these folks on my log. They never leave a message, and when I call back there is no identification; only music and then nothing. It's beginning to piss me off. This is NOT how a respectable business operates.

I was very careful about answering calls from unknown number. Since, it is not 800/866/877/888 number, so I picked up the call. The caller tried very hard to pronoun name, but I told him the correct pronunciation, and he just hang up. I thought this was one of scamming call to get me to say my name on the phone, so I called the number back. There was only a music recording. Is there list available to sign up for 'Not to call list'.
