Ikea calling ... . After an hour trying to reach someone either at a local store or at a national number, I gave up and left a message in a queue which 'is answered in the order it is received. This was around 1pm on a Monday - not exactly during a heavy rush of customers.
Tuesday they called back at 5:15 pm. Nearly 30 some odd hours is way to long to respond to someone with a sales inquiry! As it turned out, I risked the trip to the location several hours away with a rental truck and bought my new kitchen. I felt like sheeple at this point - how little does the company care about us customers that they don't bother to invest in proper customer service? It's unusual to wait 60 seconds to have someone pick up the phone these days, much less 1700 minutes to have two questions answered.

This is IKEA's customer service center, you'd get a call from there if there is any problem with any of your deliveries (for me some bright guy mistyped the ZIP code and my stuff went half way across the state) and they are trying to sort it out.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.,,,customer service is undertrained and uneducated! They might as well have a robo-caller. These people cant answer anything, knows nothing about their own policies for returns. Worst, these people give false information.

It isn't Ikea, it's "Ikea Direct." They called me for a job interview for a job I NEVER applied for. Whatever it is, sounds like a scam.

I received a call from this number and it was Ikea. They had a question for me on a missing part. Answer the phone if you get a call from this number. Great customer service - call if you have a question!

I have recently been doing business with Ikea, and received a call from this number with no voicemail. I am trading emails back and forth with a gentlemen to buy a kitchen, so there is a good chance this is them.
