I have received 3 phone calls today and 2 yesterday from this number. I would like to get the address and go there to punch someone in the face. It is well worth the citation for disorderly conduct that I will get. I am on the Do Not Call list but they seem to have found a way around that!!!

Daily calls from this #, no msg. Calling back brings up 'number not in service'!

Got a call from this number, no message.  I am blocking this number.  If you are a Comcast customer, hit *60 and you can block it.  Not ideal, but now that I discovered *60, I am blocking all these nuisance callers.

Multiple calls from this number and never leaves a message. The phone says no such number when I try to dial it back. Extremely annoying. Waking up our toddler here at home.

Have received a couple calls a day for the past two weeks from this number.  Usually no one is there.  I tried calling it back, but got a message saying the number is not in service.  On two occasions a caller was on the line and started the speech about switching from Duquesne Light.  I hung up.  And now keep getting these robocalls with no one on the line.  These people need to be put out of business.

This number called my home at least four times today.  No recording...just keeps calling and when I answer, the call is dropped.  I work out of my home...this is incredibly annoying.

i did not answer.  i'm on every DoNotCall List, have been for years, all confirmed and updated, what the hell good are they?  my next outgoing call is to my state rep.

Same type of calls as all of the above.  Sick and tired of their calls and crap.  Why isn't the DO NOT CALL LIST WORKING??????  I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

I have been receiving calls from this number and others regarding my Duquesne Light Bill. There are so many posts, why can't something be done about the bothersome calls.

Got a call from this number today asking to speak to the person in charge of the Duquesne Light bill.  I told the guy I had already switched my Energy Supplier and to take my name off of his calling list, and he said "Enjoy the extra charges" and hung up.  What a joke.  Like a reputable energy company would really treat people like this.  Give me a break.

Same as above: call from "IDC Energy" wanting to sell me discount electric service. I asked for their address and she hung up on me. I filed federal and state (Pennsylvania) Do Not Call complaints. I've personally spoken with the guy who handles Do Not Call complaints for Pennsylvania. They only pursue legal action against companies for which they've received a lot of complaints, so file on every call and eventually these scum will get their comeuppance.

Very rudely asked to speak with the person in charge of the electric.bill. I've seen this number (very odd digits) come in before. I told her that we weren't going to fall for her scam and to take our number of their list.

Called today asking to speak with the person in charge of the Duquesne Light bill.  I informed the caller that this number is used for emergencies only and that no one (not even our families) has the number.  She got very rude with me and continued to talk about changing my energy provider to save money.  I hung up but I'd love to be able to talk to that lady's supervisor.
