Persistent caller - phones and leaves no messages

Received first call from this number today. CID said MSN. They left no message.

And... why was this listed under 412-221-7269?

Phone call from 412 221 7269 on cell phone.  No caller ID.  Phone busy when called back.  They didn't leave a message either.

Marketing company, call and call over and over leaving no message.

Stop the calls please!

A lady named Phyllis said she was calling from Qualified Specialists (caller ID said Marketing Support) wanting to speak to out Quality Assurance manager. Was asking questions about certifications that our company had, said she got our information from a list of companies that have dealings with API.

Caller implied they were representing a magazine we subscibe to that needed to be renewed and asked for credit card number.  Calls back to the number afterward first got a man who was rude and said it was the wrong number.  Second calls to the same number then got a message that the line was only for outging calls.

This company keeps calling me saying I owe a payday loan and that if I don't pay they are going to sue my for the balances. The man says his name is Officer Mike Stone but his accent is so heavy that I can't understand want he is say. I believe this is a SCAM.

Call received on 11/23 and left no message.

Caller ID said Marketing Support, but the lady I spoke to said she was calling from Qualified Specialists International. She asked to speak to our Human Resources Manager. I said they were unavailable and asked to take a message, but she declined and said she'd call back later.

Actually this number belongs to a set of numbers for a marketing support company. The company is based in Pittsburgh PA and offers services to many companies throughout the US.  They do no cold calling-its a policy of theirs-so if they are contacting you, you have had a prior magazine subscription, a service from one their clients, or it was a wrong number in their database which they receive from their clients.

I used to work for them. Great local company and not calling from India so they can at least speak English!

Called and hung up when our answering machine picked up. Getting pretty sick and tired of soliciters like this!

Received a call from this number soliciting magazine subscriptions for a magazine I used to receive that is no longer in print.  (Never mentioned the company he was calling for - I should have asked.)  When I called the guy on it, Ed, he started back-peddling.  I finally just started laughing and hung up.  Good thing I didn't fall for his scam!  Hope no one else does!

Missed the call today, 7/16, around 5pm, left no message. Also got a similar call last month on 6/25 around 5 by 412-221-7605, again with no message. Looked them up before deciding whether or not to call back and of course both times I found these posts, which is why I decided to contribute this time. Weird. Thanks for posting here, everyone! It's good to know this call isn't legit, whatever it is!

Received two phone calls claiming to be calling about an Users Group for EFI.

what's funny is I typed in "412-221" and this exact one came up?a call I received on 3/13. no message. upon calling back, it was an automated female voice asking for an extension.
today I received another call from the 412-221 code. I live in central Pennsylvania.

Part of some kind of marketing research company.  However, they called me on behalf of the Art Institute-- so if you've made any inquiries about the school, that's what they're probably calling about.

Called at dinner time on December 1st.  No message.  Called back and line picked up without company name and asked for extension number in a female voice...also got call from 4122060341 on same cell phone.
