Got a cal yesterday from this number. Didn't leave a message. I'm assuming it's another collection company.

This is not a collection company. It is the Art Institute In Philly. If you were on their website and filled out your info to receive a brochure in the mail they see this as their permission to call you 5-6 times a day and leave no message. SO ANNOYING. Just send me the dang brocure you dont need to call me.

An Art Institute called asking to speak with my son (who is 7 years old).  They said they did not know he was 7 years old, apologized, said he must have clicked on a pop-up ad on the computer, then said they would take me off their list.  Well, they promptly called again 2 days later.

Just got a call from the location and as soon as I picked up it got disconnected, so when I tried to call it back Verizon stated the number was changed or no longer in service. Good thing I googled the number because I did go on the Arts Insitute website. Now I can log on to my Verizon account and block this number from calling me again. I advise the same for you out there.

This is so annoying!

I get several of these calls a day. It is the Art Institute, and it doesn't seem to matter if you tell them you are not interested or not. I have told them several times that I am no longer interested in their offered programs, and they still call.

This is the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.  I wasn't even done looking at their school and the phone was ringing.  Then 10 minutes later they called again.  I was just looking.  And they don't leave messages when they go into the voicemail.

I am tired of this number continueing to call my home when I have told them to stop calling cause my son isn't interested and neither is my husband in anything to do with the Art Institute.  The harrassment has to stop we don't want to hear from them again

Same Problem. They call about 3 or 4 times a day. I have their number auto-forward to my voicemail.

Also Registered on https://www.donotcall.gov/ the National Do Not Call list.

After 31 days, if they still call, you can file harassment on them.

I have about had it up to hear with the Art Institute calling me at least up to 3 x a day. I have my phone record to prove it. I have emailed the the admissions assistant named Joshua Steele and told him I was no longer interested or was I in a position to pursue the Art Institute and that in the future if I was interested I would contact him. He keeps calling and sending emails this is harassment in my opinion.

The same here calls my business phone number 3 to 4 times a day. I think I will contact the Art Institute head quarters and report this. I believe this may qualify for harassment, maybe this will stop those unqualified marketing reps.

Oh my gosh unbelievable how many times they call. Do they not have anything else better to do like maybe contact people who are interested in the Art Institute. I emailed the annoying rep and told him to take me off the list I was not interested and was unable to pursue the school at this time. Do you think he stopped nope calls even more now. HELP what do I do put a block on my phone?

I filled out an ad from FB on Photography online classes because it said they'd mail a brochure for schools that offer it. Of course the minute I clicked submit, they called not even 5 minutes later.

I know for a fact that I filled out an online application for schools that could possibly meet my needs, so it's not a surprise that this is a school...however, I have definitely experienced a ridiculous amount of calls, not only from this number, but from other "schools" that were matched to me based on my educational goals.  Of course, now I am coming to terms with the fact that these online "colleges" are definitely some kind of scam.  They may, in fact, BE colleges, however, I receive ten to thirty+ calls daily, 98% of which do not leave messages, and the other two percent are divided amongst people who are nice and people who say derogatory things in the messages. In fact, with another "online university" I called and asked to be removed from their call list THREE TIMES before they would honor my request, and in the meantime, received no fewer than fifty calls from them.   If these "colleges" treat prospective students this way, (and I also am reminded of creditors! I feel as if I'm being treated as some kind of credit-accumulator, NOT as a prospective business client or student!) then I can't imagine what kind of school they are running.  The sad fact is that these "businesses" take advantage of the fact that with economic turmoil, people are desperate to improve their quality of living and make ends meet, and unfortunately, it is actually quite easy for them to wrangle money out of people using these shady and violating techniques.   I would NEVER give my money to these horrible perpetrators of "educational programs" when they treat prospective students SO horribly!  The reality is, most of you also somehow either "signed up" or clicked on something in an email perhaps and actually put yourself on their list, even if inadvertently.  I really appreciate the suggestion in a previous comment about blocking these numbers, and will definitely look into it and see if my cell phone provider offers the same service.  I really appreciate this service as it's nice to be able to identify the caller w/o having to actually call them back :)

I just received a call...said that I MUST HAVE applied b/c they don't just call random people.  I teach math, definitely not llooking to go to the Art Institute in Philly.

They have called my wife's Verizon phone three times today.  They are only doing the old Verizon exchange block 812-322-xxxx as they haven't gotten the newer block, yet.  I went to their web site and e-mailed a protest, but it may be students organized to make a buck like our local "Dial America" does. If they would respect my request, I wouldn't be ready to ask for their prosecution.  Actions have consequences!

Called; left no msg which shows a serious lack of professionalism

They call 24/7 its so ridiculous.  You would think that if someone doesn't call them back that they would take a hint.  So fed up.

this number calls my cell phone everyday..for months now..most times more then once..i have them on block..but my phone will still light up and flash off..and then get an alert about it..and no voice mail message left behind

Gotten at least 10 missed calls lately from this number. Answered some calls and no one says anything. Answered one call and the man was not nice and would not leave me alone, til I dropped the call.

I don;t want this number to call. They call and never answer.

these people have been calling me continually FOR MONTHS and only left ONE message.  before *this* number, they used another one.  how do i make this stop???  it's driving me mad.

i am pissed and they keep harrasing me. im sueing.

Well, I'm glad I now know who it is at least, but wtf about calling so much and not leaving a message?! I don't answer the phone when I'm at work and that seems to be their favorite time to call. Annoying people is not the way to get them to go to your school!
