I received a call from 412 -307-0130 very hard to understand also very threating I called them back and told them I did not know what they were talking abount and i would not talk to anyone threating me i told them if they wanted to talk to me they had to leave a meaasge what this was about and not in a threating manner but i really do not know who they are when you call them if you get there aswering machine there is no information saying who they really are. it is some kind of harassment call for sure

I received a threatening phone call from this number stating that I was being sued by U S Cash Advance. The caller had all of my personal information including, bank account numbers, drivers license number, ssn, etc. I never received any loans from the a fore mentioned. This is really scary. Can you help?

Hi Samantha, I received the same call today. You are correct, it is very concerning that this A hole had all my personal info, ssn, DL #, friends numbers, bank account numbers, etc. Wow!! I guess the only thing to do is open a new account at the bank. What a mess! I just applied for a small loan to get me by for a week or two, and now this.

A man name Mark Hamilton called me from this phone number while I was at work. He has a very heavy accent as well, and said he was from Synder & Associates. That I had taken out a payday loan from UScashadvances, and never paid it back. He said the company would press charges of fraud, and felony theft by receiving if I didn't pay. Although he was very nice, and gave all info I asked for. Here's th scary part, he knew EVERYTHING. My ssc, address, old bank account number. I told him I needed to do some research and wud get backo him. I also asked him where his company was andhe said PA, which is accurate with the area code.

I saw your post i left them a message to call me and leave another message becasuse i wanted to know what they are talking about but i did not leave.  any infor other than my name which they already have i toldthem. that i would not talk to anyone who was threating me .so i am sure i will be hearing from them again and i sure  they will still not be to nice. thank you for your post I am reading about these people and it seems as thou it is a scam. so i will not give therm any infor thanks for the input

I got a call from these people today it was very hard to understand all of what the man was saying it sounded like they take me to court i would have to pay a bunch of fees if i did not show up also they would take any thing i owned away from and garnish my wages.

Chris, It is a big HUGE scam - check out the port by "lament" under the phone number 714-855-2593, it has all the info you need. Most of all, do not give these people any of your information, they are thugs and thieves! Good luck, once they start calling you they keep calling, I have been dealing with them for 4 months now.

Got this call from somebody (with a very foreign accent) claiming he is with schneider and associates saying that I have a legal matter to take care of.  I needed to call him back to take care of it before it went to the state Attorney General's office.  This has got to be a scam!!!!!!
