I received a fon call on Th, 9/4/08 from this fon #...the Caller I.D. displayed "UNKNOWN NAME."

When I returned the fon call on Fr, 9/5/08 on or about 10 a.m., a recording answered and said that this fon number was (3 beeps, then)"You have reached a number that is disconnected, or no longer in service."
