To Jim and 800notes: This number called me twice this am without leaving a msg. Thanks to Jim's note I realized it was the PNC responding to my FAX of yesterday (even though customer service said it would be 10 days!) In addition, I got an inside phone number for a live person from the post which customer service refuses to give. Great coordinated job!

They claim to be PNC Bank Financ, that is what the caller i.d. says.
They left a number 855-460-1314.
