Called, left no VM. Degree Mentor is the auto-answer title they state when I called it back. Apparently to help you find edumacation, if so needed. Not sure how they got my number, so they must be going through a list.

Received a call from this number on my desk phone at work. I left it go to voice mail. They did not leave a message. I called the number back and it asks you to enter an extension, but does not list a directory.

Got a few calls from the number myself. I called it back and based on the automatic greetings, it is some sort of mortgage company.

Yeah, got calls from them, too. Mortgage broker. Left a message telling them to stop calling and will be blocking their number.

Caller I'd says McKeesport, PA. No message left.
Someone on here mentioned that it was a mortgage broker. I did a search recently for mortgage rates and then started getting calls from this number, so it's possible that it is a mortgage broker.
