Someone keeps calling me from this number. I keep missing the call and they do not leave any messege.  If there is one its dead silence. Anyone else recieving calls from them?

This number called be twice in a week. Very annoying. When I answered the phone went dead. Another time that I answered there was a lot of back ground noise.
