I have received several calls from this phone # not knowing who it is.  Now that I know I will answer and tell them that my car buying experience was the worst ever!!  Can't wait to tell them how they are NOT the helpful Honda dealer they proclaim to be!!

Dont like these calls bought a honda and they call but when answered the line hangs up....

Just bought a Honda this month and they told us to expect the call and would appreciate us taking the time to complete the survey.  They took the time to help me find the right car for my kiddo so I will definitely answer next time so I can give my feedback.

This is honda survey.  Bonuses are paid on how well your experience was purchasing or leasing a vehicle.  Super important to take survey especially when high fives would be given

This is the Honda customer satisfaction survey.  It is frustrating that they do not leave a message, or provide a way to call on my convenience.  The sales commission is linked to your responses on this call so it really is an important call for your sales person, but Honda really is not doing it in a convenient fashion.

They call me 2-3 times a day - never leave a message, and every time I answer, it does not connect. The call disconnects immediately every time. I want to take the survey. I can't.

I have spoken with Corporate Honda, nothing they can do. I spoke with my local dealership and they also advised there is nothing they can do. It's super annoying. The fact that there is no way to opt out or stop the call from happening is driving me nuts.

It's ridiculous to have HONDA call constantly at this number. I have received 100 calls that I will NOT answer

If you call back on that number, you get a pleasant greeting explaining that it's a Honda buyer survey and they'll call you back. The message explains they don't leave voicemails because their call center is not equipped to handle incoming calls.

Now that I know it's Honda I will answer and take the survey. Sales people get bonuses based on positive responses.

If you don't want repeated calls answer the survey...it's short...jeez people

This number keeps calling my cell phone, and not leaving any messages.  Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer it.  Been calling since Tuesday.  From looking at blogs about this number, it appears to have something to do with Honda vehicles, of which I don't own a Honda, and the last time I did, I purchased from a private owner, back in 1998.

Jerks call several times a day, interupting classes & meetings (usually no one calls me during work so I forget to turn down my phone).
The few times I've answered, it's a completely silent call.

Seeing from other comments that this is HOnda, is making me seriously regret buying the car & giving them my contact info!

Also bought car recently so probably why I'm gettign this.
However when I answered the phone it was completely silent which was totally pointless.

I just bought a Honda and I am glad I checked here to see who was calling.  Must be Honda.

Answer the call.  It's just a quick survey on your buying experience.  It's how these sales guys keep their jobs.  If you liked your sales rep when you bought your vehicle asnwer the call.

Bought a Honda this summer and keep getting these calls with no message! Needs to stop ASAP!

Calls every day at various times, for about 2 weeks now. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. No message is ever left. STOP CALLING ME.

It is Honda.  Why won't they leave message?  How annoying.

This is a survey that ser erminea how your sales person gets paid.  As it is they only make approx $100 per new car and if they get anything less than rhe best scoee in all areas that amount in decreased and the seceease is in place on all sales for six months.   Plwase note these sales people are not fiven a real base salary.  If you have issues with your sale it would be kind if you asdress it during the process.  Please don't take you frustration over being called out on a hardworking family income.

 I see that others have started getting calls after buying a Honda, but I haven't owned a Honda in years.

I too recently bought a Honda, and I have received multiple calls from this number this past week.  As I don't answer phone calls from numbers I don't recognize, the answering machine picks up.   The caller hangs up.  As others have stated, if it's important, leave a message. If I find out definitively that this is Honda calling, this will be the last Honda I ever buy.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and when I answer the call is gone, if I don't answer there is no voice message left. It's very annoying. Please stop calling my number. It is a private number.

I have received a call from this number 412-706-5740 many times since I bought my Honda Fit a week ago. I have never answered it as I don't recognize the number. No message is ever left.  However, I now realize it must be Honda calling. What a bother.  Perhaps I will answer it the  next time just to get them to leave me alone. I assume it is an automated survey which is also annoying.

I had a great experience buying a Honda vehicle from a dealer and would like to leave a great review, however I no longer feel inclined after getting four calls a day with no human on the other end or even a voice message. The calls are coming in later and later, the latest being 8:30pm.

Didn't answer the call - unknown number to me.  As per previous posts must have been Honda.  Bought a vehicle a week ago.  No message left.

Multiple calls a day.  Just bought a Honda, so I assume it's them.  I don't pick up and they don't leave a message.  It's a nice relationship.
