This individual keeps calling with no messages.  The number can't be dialed back -- it's busy or has an error message.

This number has called me repeatedly, I have no idea who it is or what they want. No messages, and can't return the call.

It was an automated message saying that they were adding HD channels and removing channels from the expanded basic package unless we add digital boxes.  Thanks a lot....

Are you all sure it is Comcast?  I keep getting phone calls from 412-875-0917. No message is left in my voicemail, when I answer I instantly get disconnected, and I can not return the call because when I try to dial the number back I get a busy signal.  I have gotten a phone call from this number about 7 times this week, I'm just wondering if it continues to happen who can I contact to make it stop.  Isn't there agency that over sees issues like this?  Any info will be helpful, THANX!!!

I got a call from this number also, buy I believe it is Comcast. I called them last week to set up my cable. I didn't answer because I was asleep so can't call back. I was hoping they would say they can install early, but no message.

I hate this number...I get a call on my cell phone about every 3 days.  I pay Comcast early every month, so I know it's not for collections.  It has to be some a**hole with no life at Comcast, playing with the phones!  Comcast BLOWS!!!!

Just call Comcast, I was told that it is an out bound call center from Comcast. (At first the person didn't believe me and I told her to google the  number which she did then she changed her tune). She couldn't explain why they were calling and hanging up, she said that most likely the call was getting dropped. She put me on a do not call list.

I am not getting these calls because I owe money! My account is up to date. Most likely these are service calls or information about updates in the area.

I keep getting calls from this number on my verizon phone from 412 875-0917, no answer when I pick up and when I call the number they say the call cannot be completed as dialed.

I have been getting these calls for about 10 days now, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.  One left the message that they were in the area and doing routine maintenance work and might have interruption in service.

I ended up calling the 800 number and they moved my phone number so hopefully I will not get these calls anylonger.  

But I don't think this necessarily means your bill is late.

Called my cell twice today but left no message. I read that it might be comcast. Don't know why they would call. I don't have an overdue bill or anything like that.

Just received such a call about five minutes ago on our land line.  Just dead air when I picked it up.  Wasted a *69 and was given this number.

called and didn't leave a message. I found out that it was comcast by this list.  Then today, my cable was off.  The least they could do is leave a message that says something like "this is comcast please call us back at xxx-xxx-xxxx"  They expect to collect money from you but don't leave a message.  Not everyone is home everyday sitting by the phone when it rings!  That's what answering machines and voicemail is for Geez!!! some common sense business practice would be nice here.  I'm sure everyone would agree with me there.

This number does go to Comcast. Despite making payment arrangements on a bill (I was laid off from my job, but since found a new one) that is now current, these people call me and harass me and my family. Sometimes 3-4 times a day. Pgh. Police and BBB have been contacted due to repeated calls and harassment.

just called i said hello and then they hang up . try to call back and they say cant get thru at this time. well let me tell you something people who call and hang up are a***oles cause their is to much stuff out their  for people to call and hang up on and if it is comcast their should be something we can do about it.

I hate Comcast, from the beginning they have been a nightmare.  The original lady was an airhead when signing me up for service and entered my wrong address.  In my several (7-8 times) attempts to correct this, I still have yet to receive a Comcast bill; however, this number has been calling me frequently and I'm glad I looked online to see who it actually was calling.  Every time I tried to update my address, the customer service representative assured me that I would not be billed for overdue fees because this was their company's fault.  I guess I will have to call Comcast again just to treated like s*** and overcharged.

They called, I answered, and then they hung up. Like above, every time I tried to call back from a land line it rang busy. I called Comcast to see if they had just called and they said that they did but that I hung up on them! Jerks! I can't wait to get DirectTV!!!!

why wouldnt they leave a message and SAY something to you about paying the comcast bill?!?! how stupid! The only reason I know its comcast is form this thing!!! And yes....I havent paid my bill in a while...WOOPS!!

It's comcast for overdue bills.

When the guy called and asked for my roommate, I asked him to hold because I wasn't sure if she was home or not.  When I asked for a message, he quickly, almost inaudibly, said, "Yeah, cable company. Bye."  So, it is, in fact, Comcast.
