Sorry this outfit has hassled you too. Your post is spot-on as we've have received calls from this number many times. The callers are rude, and have gone as far as to ask if 'we do not like children.'
We've asked to be connected to a supervisor and instead the caller just leaves us on hold. This outfit even called on Thanksgiving!

got a call from 4129274156 and my caller ID said Mckeesport, PA, and they asked to speak with Debra. i replied she's at work and she'll be home any minute. he replied okay i'll call back. Debra calls the number back and it is out of service??????????????????????

calls from 8:30am till 8:30pm and NEVER leaves a message - caller id reads "LOCAL CALL BACK" and is registered in McKeesport, PA - Very Annoying"
