Has called at least 20-25 times; WILL NOT STOP.  Also calls on other numbers such as 781-854-3083 and 413-377-2808 as well as ANONYMOUS "OUT-OF-AREA" and "ANONYMOUS" callers.

We BLOCK ALL OF THEM as THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

I have gotten about TWENTY FIVE calls from this BS 'organization' and they have been TOLD, PERSONALLY, to STOP calling, but they IGNORE that and continue to call.  Number is BLOCKED but it still rings once and disturbs us; they call at least ONCE a month, and even more often at times.

I received two phone calls within five minutes. One from 857-453-3682 with caller ID Boston. They asked for the head of the household. When I asked who they were they said "they could talk with anyone" and then proceeded with breast cancer awareness speech.. Five minutes later a call from 413-241-3302 which I answered and the response was nothing.on their end and then disconnected.

The last time we got a call from this number was two months ago. From other posts I can conclude that it is a charity scan. They started calling about a year ago. Since then the number has been blocked by our call blocker.

Breast Cancer S. called from this # very early this morning (woke me) just started treatment 2 days ago. Thought it was my cancer center calling to change my appt. had only slept 2 hrs. Didn't get phone in time as machine picked up they hung up. I was so tired I didn't call back because couldn't chg my appt to earlier again. Slept another hr -jumped up went to call back and it was 413-241-3302 realized it was junk call. I don't need this crap right now. We need to STOP these kind of calls. Phone off the hook from now on. Get you Mamogram's lady's that how they caught it.

and woke me up at 8 am on a Saturday.
She asks for me by name, starts in with her pitch for donations
and won't let me get a word in edgewise.
I ask Every time to be removed from her list. Never works.

So tired of these calls, I sign up again and again for do not call list.  Verizon gave me FCC # but they only give you a voicemail so you can't vent.  Nor do they call back.  I do agree with past post they must be paying off our fearless leaders.  I just hope they don't figure out my cell, for now thats been free of unsolicited gargabe

These people won't stop calling. They have a answering machine system and they will not stop. I have a no call on my phone. They even call my young disabled son on his phone almost every day and we can not get them to stop the calls. Why is this allowed to continued to such a serious cause. Google or someone needs to get hold of this problem. we need people to care not to be afraid to give. No one should give until this problem is fixed.

You are right about the high RANKING POLITICIANs,have you read about the these big shots making these day OVER 70 years old! Look at this month magazine and the newspapers from the AARP!  They even talk about them that they are mult. millionares and join the AARP? Did you know that Jay Leno,Barbara Walters,David Lettermen,and other people are retiring but not those guys in D.C.? What going on here?!They got the state penision and s.s. while we lost our 401K and let us retiring early before 65? Even so we did  colleges. Why we got too many old people abusing holding jobs who are millionaries while the other young politicians who just finished collleges and can't get the jobs for a LONG time?  ---Could this be a phone company who put up so many people out of work  while the CEO make money the easy way making millions each month to let the oversea workers using computers  put the information on all ID callers and add the massage like " BREAST CANCER CENTER?"

More than a YEAR has gone by on this thread and this number is STILL CALLING US!  Actually, they have been calling us since AT LEAST 2012; Called again last night at dinner time. This is AT LEAST the TWENTIETH call from them. I believe they are ALSO USING the numbers: 413-377-2808;  413-528-0800;  and 413-777-5929 WITH NO NAME on Caller ID. They ALSO call NUMEROUS TIMES using "Out Of Area" on CID with NO NAME OR NUMBER. They have been DIRECTLY VERBALLY TOLD TO STOP *AND* we have BLOCKED all the above numbers as well as all ANONYMOUS "O-O-A" Calls, and yet THEY CONTINUE TO USE DIFFERENT NUMBERS to try and CIRCUMVENT our attempts to be LEFT ALONE by them . Does that sound like a 'legitimate charity' TO YOU???  We have ALSO filed COMPLAINTS with the DNC List for EACH and EVERY ONE of these calls, so WHY isn't the GOVERNMENT going AFTER them?

They are calling themselves the "Breast Cancer SOCIETY" (to sound similar to the marginally legitimate American Cancer SOCIETY) *BUT* They are NOT a LEGITIMATE Charity.  They are TELEMARKETING SCAMMERS who STEAL your 'donation.'  There have been numerous national media reports about them - the REYNOLDS FAMILY and how they are PROFESSIONAL THIEVES.

DO NOT GIVE TO THEM - you are simply FURTHER ENRICHING EVIL SELFISH ONE-PERCENTERS!!!

Got about our 17th or 18th call from this SCAM/number.  It is BLOCKED but still rings 1.5 times and THEN gets played an outgoing message of "The Number You Have Reached WILL NOT ACCEPT Your Call."  They have gotten this message AT LEAST 6 times by now - satisfying the DNC List's requirement that you "tell them not to call" and yet they CONTINUE to CALL US and IGNORE our EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS.  WHY can't we FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against these people and WHY will not the DNC go after them for enforcement, when they are VIOLATING the rules/law as specified?  When WE'VE followed all the rules why can't we get JUSTICE?

I just got the same message and they asked for me personally.  Then hung up.  Same phone number.  By the way, the cancer society doesn't want a cure because there is too much money collected for themselves.  It's been years and billions of dollars later and still now cure?  Really?  People need to wake up.  Susan Somers has the cure and so do many others who have changed their diet so that their body is alkaline and not acid.  Cancer cells can't live in an alkaline body.  Check it out yourself.  I hate people who lie about something so important.

We got a call from this number two days ago, 1 March 2014, exactly one month after the previous one. Again it was blocked by our call blocker. I was unaware of the report by Anderson Cooper of CNN. He is unbiased, and I highly respect him. It's appalling that such a scam can exist.

You just admitted that you have a second number on your line which rings differently, well that is why you hear
a different ring, the telemarketer called that number. The tech was just trying to help you. Hope you get a call from a telemarketer that promotes classes on how to be nice to people who try to help, sign up, you need the class.

Got a call from them today was not sure who it was so googled the number and found this page. Now I'm annoyed.

The Breast Cancer Society is one of the worst "charity" scams per a report  by Anderson Cooper of CNN on June 13 2013. It actually only donates 2.4% of its income to cancer patients. The scam is run by James Reynolds Jr. whose father, James Reynolds Sr., runs a similar scam (according to CNN), Cancer Fund of America. I received a phone call from this number this morning.  I told the person that I don't  give out my personal financial  information over the phone.  That if she was calling and knows my information to send an envelope by mail.  She said" I understand" and that was the end of it.  

How stupid it can be to give out bank information to someone that you really don't know.

As others have documented, Caller ID says BREAST CANCER S. No voicemail left. BUT call came in at 8:50 AM -- breaking yet another law, and hopefully indicating that this scammer is getting desperate!

We got a call from this number again yesterday, 31 Jan 2014, at 5:54 pm.  The last time they called was almost exactly a week ago, on 23 Jan 2014, at 4:29 pm. The caller ID again was "BREAST CANCER S". This number has been blocked by our call blocker.

They do know what the Do Not Call List is but they play the game disguised as the charities they contact for. Contact them at their BBB authorized number to request Do Not Call for all databases.

Best thing to do is to NOT ANSWER, or, even better if you can, BLOCK as many of their numbers as you can.

Some HIGH RANKING POLITICIAN must be 'behind' these people; I'm sure they are paying off members of Congress, ROYALLY.  Otherwise, they'd be IN JAIL by now, where these RICH SCUMBAGS belong.

I'm not sure the location is relevant. I'm getting the same calls, and I don't live in the 413 area code. (I live in *Eastern* Massachusetts.) I'm wondering if they're trying to scam people in other states too.

Actually, most telemarketers have a hard time finding other work, because most businesses won't hire someone with a criminal record.
