Called my ex husband that I have been divorced from for 16 years. Threatened to come search his house for me and said I had credit card fraud. I have never done anykind of Credit Card Fraud and don't know what they are talking about. I don't know what to do.....

This Number is calling claiming they are going to serve legal papers for what sounded like Mendal and Associates...for someone He was jumbled and fast speaking....Please find out how this is and tell them to Stop calling this number since they could not even pronounce who they were calling for or what company they were calling from

This company called claiming that a server would come to my home for some debt that I don't have. These companies prey on people who are either elder or minorities, but unfortunately for them, I'm not only an attorney, I have been in public office and will seek to shut them down. If you are contacted by them, immediately report them to the Attorney General's office of your state.
