A Massachusetts man charged with first-degree sexual assault forced a woman to have sex with him at her Suffield home in April despite her protests, she is quoted as saying in court documents.
But the man, Wayne Szczepanik, 42, of Southwick, first told police he never went into the home on the date of the assault, then later claimed that the sex with the woman was consensual, according to the affidavit supporting Szczepanik?s arrest, which was released at Enfield Superior Court.
According to the document, Szczepanik said he originally lied to police because he is married with two children.

Szcezepanik, who lives at 9 Fenton Drive in Southwick, turned himself in this weekend to face the charge that he committed the sexual assault. The charge is sexual assault in the first degree. Read the whole story

After a month long investigation, a warrant was issue for Szczepanik's arrest.
Szczepanik was charged with first degree sexual assault. He was released on a $100,000 surety bond.

Wayne Szczepanik from Southwick, MA is a loser! If you deal with him expect to get screwed. He borrowed a guys truck and switched the tires before bringing it back. He took a deposit for a backhoe that wasn?t his. He borrowed a trailer and sold it. This guy is a "car salesman" for sure but karma is going to get him and his family.
