I get a call from this number from Mass. at least every other day, sometimes as late as seven or eight in the evening, way beyond business hours of any telemarketer I know of.  I pick up to answer and nobody responds, and then...*click*...they hang up.  Really annoying!

Calls from this number have different things to sell; insurance, business owners stimulus, credit card processing, etc.  Real bothersome because it lights up all lines at our office at once and calls every couple of days.

This # called to tell us we won a free all expense paid vacation to the Carribean, and to press #9 if interested then they hang up.  When you try to call back you are told to leave a message and then told that the members phone message system is filled up.  I am not only annoyed but concerned that it may be one of those scams where your # is used to place other long distance calls and wind up on your phone bill.  I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS CAN HAPPEN SINCE I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

Re: 413-391-0722

This calls start with an automated message about "My credit card" will soon incur a higher APR. It then directs you to press "1" for more information. A man answered and when I told him never to call our home again he said he didn't know what I was talking about and jung up/

Contact you state attorney generals office
(Colorado's is 303-866-4500)
and the Federal Trade Commission
The phone  for them is 877-382-4357.
Also go to the National Do Not Call list and
make sure you are on the list and then register
a online complaint.
I'm following thru on all of this
because I'm sick of this.
This number belongs to YMAX Communication who sell
Magic Jack. They sell phone numbers along with their Jacks.
So this number is registered as a current user, I know because I called them
however they are using the phone number and not using the network.
I just called the Federal Trade commission to register a compliant.
Hope you all follow up on this...I'm sick of it.I tried calling back too

I am in the UK and this number has called me twice today, in the afternoon/early evening telling me to "press 9" because I've won a free Caribbean cruise. I am registered with the TPS in the UK and wish there were an international one to stop this type of harrassment.

I need to follow up on my previous post.  I just spoke with the FCC and was told there are concequences for these companies if a certain number of complaints are received or a definite pattern is established.  However, just posting these complaints to these type of websites, although it is helping we consumers to know others are being harrassed as well, doesn't help to punish these companies.  PLEASE FOLLOW UP YOUR COMPLAINTS BY CALLING THE FCC AT 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322)OR FILL OUT A FORM LIKE I DID SO THE COMPLAINT IS OFFICIAL.  Oh, I'm not shouting, I just wanted this to stand out a bit.  Thanks!

This came on my caller ID as Massachusetts Call and Rachael was claiming to lower my credit card rates.  Once I got a real person, "Jerry", I aksed him if he could write down my phone number.  When he asked why he should do that, I told him because "I am on the Do Not Call list and if they don't stop calling me, I'll report them"!  He just was rather indignant and said "OK, so report us".  I'm not sure this will do any good, but I did.  The callers aparently don't suffer any concequences so they don't care.

This call was a SCAM !
- The caller "Larry" said his company named "Account Services" represents both VISA and Mastercard.
- Said he could qualify me for lower interest rates on all my credit cards with his "program".
- He had NO PERSONAL INFORMATION about me.
- He asked for my credit card numbers.
- I asked him to verify the company he's calling from.
- He tried to talk me into giving my credit card information over the phone, got impatient, and hung up.

I've reported this call to: https://www.donotcall.gov/

!!! PLEASE PROSECUTE THIS GROUP !!!

I tried to add a complaint to the DO NOT CALL list, but it said:
"We Are Unable to Accept Your Complaint
The phone number 413-391-0722 was registered on April 22, 2009. Companies may call you for up to 31 days after that date. You may file a complaint if a company calls you after May 23, 2009. "

I received this call offering to lower interest rate on a credit card.  Asked you to press 1 to talk to a specialist or press 3 to not be bothered again.  I didn't do anything I just hung up.  After reading all of the complaints, I am glad I didn't do anything.  We are also on the do not call list.  Just so some of the elderly and people that are not versed in this matter don't get scammed by these people.
