Just answer the call and put the phone down while they try to talk.  You may have to do this a couple of times but they will stop calling.  They hate paying for calls with no results.  Do this to all of those that harass and teh calls will stop.

GE Home Security...complete scam! I filed a complaint with the BBB. Guy hung up on me as soon as I asked him for his headquarters location. Don't buy into their crap!

they gave the option of speaking to someone or being put on the do not call list..i opted for that..

I answered, ge security. I hung up and he called back 10 minutes later. Has called daily since.

Whatever organization this is calls from a multitude of different numbers. Seriously, if said take me off your list when you called from Oregon, Washington, Michigan, and Florida, why would have a different answer now?

Robocall that tried to make me think it was a person.  Asked me to agree to have a GE Security system installed in exchange for putting a small sign in my yard to that effect.  When I said "NO" loudly, it hung up.  My number is also on the do-not-call list.

Got a call today from 413-461-4342 and they hung up with no voicemail.  I came here and just want to say thanks for everyone reporting...good to know its a dumb call.  PS: If you have an android phone, just add em to the reject list...then they never bother you again!!!

they call me like oh 5 times a day I finally picked up and of course they tell me they are the GE security people and then I say hello and they hang up! don't pick up for them I've asked them multiple times to take me of their call lists but they never do it.

Some overly familiar telemarketer named Dan from GE Security Systems. When I told him he had reached a number on the Do Not Call list he hung up. This scam has been going on with people calling from spoofed numbers from all over the country. A free system if you just pay about $500 installation and a monthly fee. Asshats

Called two days in a row.  Says they are GE Security. I'm on do not call list and asked them to remove me from their list.

They call daily. No messages left. For sure, telemarketing robo calls.

THis is the 3rd time today I got a call from this number.413-461-4342. I also get on my caller Id this on top of the number (v22017544000205). I do not know anybody in Amherst, Ma so I do not answer it.

Could someone explain why we bother to register on the do not call list??  Telemarketers must not subscribe to the list!!

called me yesterday and today on my cell (missed calls), left no message.

I called it back and was told I had insufficant funds to make the call.

multiple calls over the past week.  when I pick up, it hangs up.  If I don't pick up - it calls me back again.

Yup same thing for me 2 calls in 2 days no message. 12/3 & 12/4/12.
