i am recieving phone calls from 13475603962  also 12027702879 saying i owe cas partners of america money ask them to send somthing they say no just they are going to proscute me

On July 2, 2011, I received a call from Shawn Lee from Morgan and Associates, 413-888-4709.  He said there was a lawsuit against me for fraud.  He, too, was Indian.  These people are just trying to scam law-abiding citizens in this country out of their hard earned money with intimidation and threats.  I'm still waiting for them to "come and arrest me at my job" from August, 2011.  The best thing for you to do is to report them to the FBI and the FTC, as the police won't really help you at all.  I've already tried that, and they've done nothing at all.  They seemed to believe the scammers, rather than the victim.  So, good luck everybody.

Recieved a phone call from 1-413-888-4709. The guy was asking for my husband on my cell phone number. I don't know how he got that. He said his name is Nick Forseter. He said I can't give you details but I must talk with your husband. I asked him again what this is concerning and he told me it is a Lawsuit filed from Advanced Cash America and that he is is trouble for not paying his loan and that he will go to jail if he doesn't respond immediately. This is intersting because I contacted Advanced Cash America and they have never heard of me or my husband.The guy on the other end had a foreign accent. It was difficult to understand him.

I just got the same call and have gotten several in the past.  The call comes from an 866 # and then the return call # is totally different.  I can't understand what the man is saying (loud in background and he speaks Indian) and he tells me to be quiet and listen to him.  He refuses to send anything in the mail and then when I hang up he repeatedly called for 15 mins.  I told him I was going to call my local police and report him for harrassment.  His name is suposedly Mike Jon from Morgan Assoc Law Firm in Fl.  I had made a pay day loan and I have 3 things filed against me.  Don't ask me what they are b/c i couldn't understand him.  He continued  to talk over me and again i hung up.  I tried to find out from the BBB but there isn't anything accredited with this frim and there are several complaints.
This is definitly a scam and they want money they don't intend to pay back.  Be careful...they are pushy and they lie.

On 7/2/11, I received a call from a Shawn Lee from Morgan and Associates Law Firm saying that there was a lawsuit filed against me for fraud.  Also called on 7/1/11, different voice, but going by the name of Brown Smith.  This is definately a scam.  They were both from India.

I received multiple calls from this # 413-888-4709 & some man I could barely understand (from India) stated he was Officer Mike King William w/ Morgan & Associates & I need to contact his ASAP it is very time sensitive. I called the number back & it sounded like the same guy saying he was Officer Jock Bin w/ tons of clatter in the background & I have a defaulted payday loan I told him no & stop calling me before I call the REAL authorities on you! & he said f*$k you b*@&h & hung up on me!!!! Wow real professional for an officer of the law right!!! Stupid people!!  SCAMMERS!!!

They did the same thing to me. They told me I would loose my job, and get arrested. This is a scam. Please ignore the phone calls. They cannot do anything to you.

They called my daughter  and kept telling her that she owed a loan. When they finally sent her a document it didn't even have her name on it or anything. When I threatened to call the police on them the man began to become very vulgar with me stating that he loved me and not to do that and that he would love me a long time. I mean really whats going on with this stuff. ITs just a bunch of mess.

I received calls from multiple numbers over the last few months, 310-359-1211, 310-405-6184, 413-888-4709, 410-988-4788, 413-888-7409, 310-464-0499 and 646-524-4791 I recently have gotten sick and tired of it when the Attorney General's office said there is nothing they can do about this right now, that these people are based in Nigeria, or Jamaica or something...so I DECIDED TO TAKE ALL THE CALLS THAT I HAVE LOGGED PLACE THEM IN A CALL FORWARD LIST AND HAVE ALL THE CALLS SENT TO THE FBI OFFICE IN MY AREA...SO MY PHONE DOES NOT RING WITH THIS CRAP ANYMORE... :)

I have been getting these calls all morning...they are scammers when i asked questions and implied that they are scam artist he became upset and told me to go F**k myself, I hung up and he called back and I told him to do the same hung back up...he kept calling me back and left me voicemails telling me not to f**k with him he is slay boy and he is 18 years of age. I blocked their number and the new number that the idiot (in my opinion) was stupid enough to leave on my voicemail 410-988-4788...and then called them back anonymously (haha) and played the bad boys them song..."bad boys, bad boys whatcha gonna do...whatcha gonna do when they come for you...(petty I know but I am so sick of these b*****ds calling me)

These fools have been harassing my sister for months. I finally called them. The first idiot, officer Mike Williams, he called himself, said we owe on a pay loan and we're bring investigated.  I told them both they have the wrong person and they ignored that so I asked if there was anyone there who spoke English or understood a damned thing I was saying. They bleeding me off, said they will remove my number and hung up. They said the same thing months ago. I wish I could just "reach out and touch" them.

I am so sick of these guys calling repeatedly, even after I tell them to stop calling or I will press charges for harrassment. This IS harrassment, excessive calls that are nothing more than a scam. ~GRRRRR

I received phone calls from 413-888-4709 and 707-927-2291 about being suit for a pay day loan. After i refused to give any of my personal info and taking his phone number. I research this issue. Apparently its a scam. If u have Verizon cell, go online to ur account and enter those phone numbers to your blocked list. They will never be able to contact again. If they call you with different number add that number to the list. Not sure if other cell phone companies provide this service but Verizon does. I already blocked those 2 numbers. Good luck, they freaked me out also :(

I got a call from an Indian guy saying the same thing...I would be put in jail in seven days and would lose everything....very rude guy and had the nerve to say "call me back now....have a blessed day...bye-bye"  same number 413-888-4709

now has sent paperwork to my email account swearing i owe a different amt on a payday loan from frank c miller fax 6468392515 and wrote in letter head of phoney invoice "Cash partners of America" (yes little "p" but at the bottom did it as "Cash Partners of America". any ideas how to handle? Have full address and everything.

William Stanley from Morgan & Associates will have me arrested and sent to prison in 7 days if I dont call and resolve right now. Indian guy and I beleive thisis same scam everyone is gettig - does anyone agree?

I had a message left on my machine stating they were from some lawfirm and they would throw me in jail.. and that i would "loose my children, job, family and my personal fave quote "everything in my life." Who are these people and who do i need to call??? Also the number on my caller ID is 413-888-4709

I received i phone call from John Morris saying that he was calling from Cash Advance company to let me know that there is a law suit and complaint against me. He said that I borrowed money from pay day loans and never gave it back. He was asking for my address and wanted more info. I told him that my lawyer will get in touch with his company because i never took any loans. He gave me a phone number to call back that was 413-888-4709 and talk to his boss Bob Cuper.... I am very concerned about this issue.

These people are idiots, used bad langauage.  Calling for a someone who has NEVER worked here before!  What do I do........................   413-888-4709 is the number that keeps calling.  How do I get this reported!

Got a message on my answering machine that I could NOT understand.  I think they forgot they were calling someone who speaks English and rambled on about what I could not understand. I called the number back and the person had to ask someone how to pronounce my name for starters and all I could hear in the background was Indian's rambling.  They started out with something about a class action law suit and then said I took out a loan from Cash Advance America  and never made a payment, when I told them I have not taken out a loan he asked "are you sure? well then I will have to recheck this information out. What they heck are these people thinking?  And how do you turn harrassing phone calls in like this?  Are these people for real??? Like we are all a bunch of idiots here in AMERICA

Man called me numerous times. I could barely understand him....he was saying that my social security # was going to be blocked by the U.S. govt. I told him not to call me anymore until he can speak english and he started going into details about the sexual favors he wanted to do to me! WHAT IN THE HELL????

Stated I was fradulently using a loan.Must be a joke because their office sounded as though they were from India.This is Big Dick Vic with the word from Coral Springs.
