All you need to do is send them a drop dead letter by certified mail and they can no longer contact you about the debt even if you legally owe it. And if the continue to call after this. YOU CAN SUE THEM !

They are some type of collection agency. I called them back and they told me that they were looking for someone who's never lived at my address before and I have no idea who they were. (Maybe my landline has a recycled number?) I stated that I have no knowledge of who they were looking for and asked to be removed from their calling list.

This is  joke I paid the tickets they want me to send them money. .......SCAM....

This Phone number was blowing up my husband's phone for 3 days straight, looking at this site I finally told him to answer the call, as we do not answer number's we don't recognize since there are so many scammers out there.  Any how, they requested his Social Security number and birth date saying he owed court costs, fines, etc... Which, is true however everything is set up through our county in WI to have direct with drawl out of our bank account to take care of this.  So, he told the woman on the other end, that we read that this was Bull and their company was a scam and she proceeded to call him a dumb a** and so on.  He then told her if she wanted any type of information from him, he wanted our county's clerk of courts to call him on their behalf.  The woman on the phone stated that  his "dumb a** has to call"  So furious that people can get away with crap like this!  Imagine how many elderly people or people who just wouldn't know any better that give their SSN and DOB out.  This "Company" shouldn't be allowed to get away with these things.

This is a number that is from a bill collector, but they are trying to collect from people who do no even exist! Don't answer if you are smart!

I just got a call from them about a debt owed to coals.  I do not owe anyone, nor do I know of any coals.

Recieving calls from 414-224-3580 saying their Professional Placement Services when actually their not. They are a collection agency and being I owe nothing to anyone.  They are very rude and when I asked who they were they told me I have no right to ask, I have all the right in the world being their calling my number and I gave them a piece of my mine.

Just rec'd a call from this number on my cell phone about 10 min ago.  No message left.  I got more of these calls all the time on my cell.  I miss the good ole days when scams and crooks hardly ever called on cell phones.

This company or whatever is so bogus!!  They've been calling and harrassing my partner at all odd hours for a judgement that has already been satisfied.  The callers are rude and ridiculous!!  I would like to see some sort of  legal action against them because I don't understand how they can get away with what they're doing.

I have been getting calls from them for the last year for a $52 ticket I paid in 2004. It was a parking ticket, and as you know, in Wisconsin if you don't pay your parking tickets, after a while they put a lien on your vehicle so you can't renew the registration. Well guess who has a current, up-to-date registration. Me! So how can that be if I never paid this ticket? I tried explaining this to the agency rep, but he straight up called me a liar and said that they'd only stop calling me if I provided proof. I was 23 at the time so you can guarantee I didn't keep the little stub from the money order I sent to pay this, so there's no way I can provide the proof they're requesting. They still call me every day, sometimes more then once. It's annoying as all hell. And NOW they've started faxing employment verification forms to my place of employment. It asks for my current phone number, address, and if I'm employed with the company. But doesn't state what their agency is or what the information is for. This is one shady, low-down company.

Yes these a-holes pulled the same sh-t with me only they said it was a traffic ticket. I have proof that ticket was paid and yes over 13 yrs. ago. They still keep calling now I just F with them or depending on my mood I take it out on the A-Hole an the other end...F--K em Told them to take me to court maybe then if a judge heard the case I could sue them for harassment, but no they won't do that.

We have been getting calls for over 6-8 months 1 or twice a week for a person not living at our address ever.  They have a recording that press 2 to talk to a representative.  When you press 2 it hangs up on you.  You try calling the number back to no avail.  

The calls then started to come in daily.  We continued to try to get in touch with them to let them know they had the wrong number.  Even if we waited on the line for someone it wouldnt be picked up.  Now the calls are coming in 3-4 times a day. Last night we finally were able to call back and talk to a real person.  

I told them that the person doesnt live at this number and never has.  She hung up on me.  I called back again and got a different rep.  He went off on me saying I shouldnt yell.  I said I am mad because this is the 4th time you have called today.  I am tired of it.  He said I am "off the list".  I told him I was going to call everyday for a week to make sure I stay "off the list".  He said if I did that he would turn ME into the authorities for harrasment!!!!  I said I would do that to him.  He yelled "TRY IT!!!" and hung up on me.  I see the earlier posts have a website and I plan on filing a complaint against the company.

There`s really nothing you can do to get them in trouble. Unless you find out that they`ve violated FDCPA in some way or another.

OK look I`m not illiterate, nor ignorant, i know the FDCPA fairly well. The tickets/fines are not bought. There is constant communication with the clerk of courts it came from. If you wish call the courts speak to the person who handles it, and find out for yourself, or here`s a thought look it up on ccap you imbecile.The website is wcca.wicourts.gov there you can find your debt. And PPS is not the  ones who report to that website that would be the clerk of courts itself. They`ll do hold some power like um garnishment!!! Next time you want to make ludicrous accusations look into what your talking about. You wont be sued for something which there`s already a judgement against you for. The next step after that is, say it with me now garnishment. If F.D.C.P.A was violated than you sue. Here`s a little tip each violation is a $1,000 suet for the collector and the company.

P.S Just cause you think the name isn`t pronounced right, doesn't mean it is. A alias can be spelled or pronounced how that person chooses, to not the way you think it should be.

Each call after 9pm is a $1,000 i say call on more money you`ll have to pay me.

you are one of the very few people who actually sent in cease and decease letter. Normally when people say take me off your call list it is ignored First there is no list Second in order for that to happen it has to be in writing and other people still don't believe that when a collector tells them they refuse to send in the letter so calls will continue if you have a cell phone just tell the agency that tell them it`s a cell phone and that it`s costing you money when they call than they have to put a block on it or in PPS`s case ask for a supervisor and tell that supervisor that you just flat out refuse to pay than they`ll but you on a list to be contacted my mail only make sure you make you clear that you will never pay them
