Once again, another miscommunication between the people who do the actual work and their robot overlords...I've been on a payment plan for a week.  I've given these people $120 of my very, very hard-earned cash, which, with the holidays, I can really ill afford...but they made threats against my credit rating so I had no choice.  Now, I spoke with their "Customer Service" department and was told that the calls would stop.  NOPE.  My payments seem to spur them on, instead of making them back off!  

Time for another call...

Continuous calls from this number with no message . Called and it says its Kohls asking for account number or SS number  , so it seems to be FAKE due to it asking for too sensitive information  .

I get somewhere between 10-15 call per day for several weeks now from this number and about 5 others. They call several times in a row from different numbers starting at 8am till 9pm and they are all from Kohl's debt department.
I wouldn't have a problem with this if I actually had a Kohl's card. I've never even stepped foot inside one of their stores. I've told them they have the wrong number, but they are relentless.

Lets see, now this is the 4th or 5th number that is purportedly KOHL's.  Area codes involved so far are 262, 903/4 and now 414.  Now, stop and ask yourself:  "Self, does Kohl's actually have that many department/collection sources, to keep calling me from different places like this?"  I kind-of doubt it.  But then again, being contrarian in this world is sometimes useful.

Federally mandated hours for telemarketers are :    8am-9pm    7 days a week.

It's Kohls collections-I have a $200 limit with a balance of $166 and a monthly payment of about $16.  If I dont pay on the exact due date by midnight, they call every day from 8:01 am until 8:59 pm at least 9-10 times a day.  I am going to Wisconsin on business and will be paying off my balance with pennies. F*** you Kohls.

"Jeff", we don't have an account with  them, they keep calling everyday! I answer when I can, and NO ONE IS THERE! NEVER GOT A VOICE MESSAGE FROM THEM! THIS IS HARASSMENT AND WE ARE FILING A LAWSUIT!

They keep calling several times a day. Absolute Harrasment. I do not answer their calls since their phone number does not have a name associated with it. They leave  crazy messages... always asking to call Kohls. They do not state any reason at all. Why? I do not owe them money. Hence it must be a fraudulent call to collect personal info.  Professional companies would always state their name and tel # in their caller ID.

I have just found out that my Kohls account is closed.  Last Friday a representative helped me set up a link to make payments.  Their calls start 8am every morning and continue. So today I called them back. A rep asked if I was going to make a payment.  I advised that I do not get a paycheck until right after the xmas holiday.  I asked Kohls to put me on a hardship program and they refused. They tried it in August but never sent me any paperwork for it.  I told them I would be making small payments until the balance is paid off. When you call Kohls their reps have numeric ids.  As for this Daryl Hayden, I think this guy is a debt collector. Do these fools realize that our economy is not good and alot of people have lost their jobs?  You cannot squeeze money out of a stone.

I paid my Kohls bill and they're still calling me!!!

My account is up to date.  IF they need to talk to me they should leave a message.  I'm not wasting long distance minutes to call them back.

I have been receiving calls from 414-257-1975 for weeks now.  i just recently started noting the phone # and # of calls.  I just had oral surgery a couple of days ago and did not feel well, and received 12 calls in a 24 hour period from this number, plus 8 or 9 calls yesterday.  I also receive calls from unknown caller and from  states like Wisconsin or Wyoming where I know no one.  Once I picked up a call from Michigan because I know someone in Michigan, and they hung up on me.  I very rarely pick up, but the few times I have, they just hang up.  It has reached the level of harassment.  I do not have a Kohl's charge, if it is Kohl's.  This is Sunday morning.  At 8:10 AM, I received my first call from them.

First they started calling me from a different number about 4-5 times a day  leaving messages that they were from Kohls. I never shop at Kohls. I have no credit cards, so i didnt bother calling them back. Now their calling me every 30 minutes from this number, stating their from Kohls trying to collect a debt... A debt I dont owe because I DONT SHOP AT KOHLS! All I want is for them to stop calling me. I left my phone in the car this morning and they had called 8 times in a matter of 2 hours!!!

I have been getting these calls for well over a month now. They leave the same message, "Call Kohl's Now". I thought it was fishy but called anyway and the computer voice asks for my account number or S.S. number.I know my account is up to date and highly doubt that Kohl's would call me asking for my personal information, so I do believe it is surely a scam. I hope the calls stop soon as they are making me angry beyond words. I hope everybody knows not to give anyone your personal information over the phone or internet.

I shop at Kohl's frequently, although I have NEVER had a charge card there in my life.  They are about to lose a good customer and also get sued for harassment.  This is ridiculous!  I do not want  to support an organization that harasses their customers in an economy like this.  If they called once a day instead of once an hour people would probably be more likely to pay their bills.

Shame on you, Kohl's.

They began calling me again this morning at 8:00 am.  This totals ten phone calls in less than 48 hours.  I cited the Federal Trade Commission's policy... it is illegal to attempt to collect fees that I do not owe.  I also asked if they had heard of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  They assured me that they had and that they deleted my phone number from the associated account.  I'm not counting on it.  I spoke with Lori and Juan and assured both of them that if this continues I will be suing them for harassment.  They repeatedly asked me for my name and address; I repeatedly told them that I would not be providing additional information for them to continue to harass me.

Once again, SHAME ON YOU, KOHL'S.  This is ridiculous and you just lost a good customer.  I will not be shopping at Kohl's again.  I will stick with stores that do not harass me, such as Macy's and JCPenney's.

This is absolutely harassment.  I would personally march into your local Kohl's and demand that they remove your father's phone number from their harassment list.  Don't leave the store until they do it.  You can also report them the FCC.  And if it continues your father can take them to court.

Receive calls from this number all day long, every day. Have even begun to receive calls from 903 593 8790.Looked online and numbers say they are Kohls. I have no bill there. I payed off in full. Contacted Kohls via email. Calls still persist........please get them to stop. It is very annoying......thank you.
