Its free for 30 seconds that's all people get. I tried waiting after the call twice to put money on and they hang up on me.

The person above nanii probably meant scam instead of spam it was probably a misspelling because they're on a computer typing this and computers get spam so that's probably why the misspelling was on their mind.

R u really that slow... its not spam...it is a call that they allow once for 1minute then u gotta pay to get more time...n after that number used its one min. U cannot accept anymore till u pay... duuuuhh.. y the hell wld the jail ppl allow constant free calls... hell then imates wld never get off the phone.... as for the first question... i heard the operator say advance connect...so try them...but ask if the cover county jail b4 u pay...goodluck...let me know if it works

We just got a call from this number and my brother has gotten in previous trouble.. It's a scam. Like the person above said u press 5 to accept n it doesn't let you. If you try calling the number back it's disconnected.

It used to be Securus Technologies. They say that they don't service Milw Co jail anymore...I'm trying to figure out who does now also

It's an automated call pretending to originate from the Milwaukee County* Correctional Facility. If you press 5 to accept the call from the "inmate" that is trying to reach you, they say that collect calls cannot be accepted at this time and that *you* have to enter payment in order to proceed with the call. Obviously spam. So much for the free phone call from someone who gets arrested.
(I don't even live in Milwaukee).
They've called several times now.
