I got a call from this number.  A man answered and asked for someone else.  I tols him that person was unavailable.  Immediately following I got a return call from 1 800 646 1446.  No sound from the other end so I hung up.  It may be Harris & Harris as I've dealt with them in the past as a collection agency.

I have been getting calls almost daily from this number.  Usually I wasn't home, and they left a recorded message that didn't make any sense and said to call an 800 number.  Today I was home to answer the call, and it was a recorded message.  They said they are looking for... and then I heard a strange, electronic sound that didn't make any sense.  The recorded message gave me a choice of options, and I picked "wrong number."  The recorded message said to call the 800 number to make sure they wouldn't call again.  I'm not calling the number.  Our caller ID reads "Harris Harris," and there is no listing for that name in the Milwaukee Telephone book (although there is a Harris & Harris with a different number, and there is no listing for the above number in the reverse directory that I checked.
