Recieved call from this number representative call the company CAP Construction wanting to speak to our owner. Caller knew his name and spoke as though they had a personal relationship. Ended call saying he'd contact him on his cell. TOTALLY BOGUS

I get them ALL the time, asking for the owner by name. I just keep saying "He's not in at the moment." They did say that they were calling from Brian Peatro's office (totally guessing on the spelling). I searched the web for that name (and variations of the spelling) and this number - which is how I landed here.
I will just tell me to take us off the list the next time they call, or just let them go to voice mail. Waste their time so they aren't harassing other people.

Got a call from a Terry Perkins from this number (caller ID said it was SMS). He asked for the owner by last name. I said he was unavailable since it sounded like a sales call. He said he was with an engineering firm in Waukesha and needed to talk to the owner about project planning. Very strange since it is a (414) area code and Waukesha is (262).

Caller ID said "SMS" Asked for one of our owners by name. I transfered him to that owner's admin assistant. Moments later he called back and said, "Thanks for hanging up." and hung up on me. My guess is the transfer failed, but since he's not a legitimate business call, he assumed I intentionally hung up on him. Certainly I will next time!

I dont know who this company is, but they are SHADY and up to no good!! Called us twice this morning, wouldnt give any detail about who they were or what they wanted, just that they wanted to "meet with the owner". After being asked multiple times they still could not explain what their business was. In two phone calls we have spoken w/ 3 different people, none of which who could explain what kind of scam they were trying to pull. Stay away!!

Called and asked for the owner. I knew it was a telemarketer trying to sell something. I asked for her name (Christina) and what company she is with (SMS) and what she was calling in regards to. All she would give me is it was a business matter. She was phishing for a name so she could call back. I asked if she would like me to take a message for the owner. She refused to leave a message and said she would just call back.

Not too long ago, this phone number was Client Services - another telemarketer.
Same number, different pitch.

Caller wants to set up a meeting for a sales person to come to your business so they can look at your financials and compare you to other businesses of your size to see how you can compare. They say they can help you make improvements to your processes and find you ways to save money on taxes. My advice: save your time and money. Operate debt free, do not promise anything you cannot deliver, be honest, on time, and better than your competitors. The lowest price is not always the best value and your customers will be willing to pay a little more to someone they can count on and trust.

Telemarketer knew the the name of owner. Said he was new to the area and wanted to make an appointment with the owner. Very vague about what he wanted
