I've been receiving a call from this number once a week for the last month. I do not answer it and they don't leave a message. Like a previous post started, I'm guessing it's some political BS. General rule for me: If I don't recognize the number I don't answer it. If it's important they'll leave a message. If it's a robo-call it just hangs up.

They do telemarketing for political parties; particularly the Democratic Party of Wisconsin at this time.

When you call the number back, you are given the option of being removed from their calling list.

I think it's the Democratic Party.  I recently donated money to a political candidate and gave them my cell phone number.  Oops!  Ever since then I've been receiving calls from different political organizations.  I also read that political campaigns are not covered by the DoNotCall laws.

I've had calls from this several times a day every day for weeks. No message. Really sick of it. Leave me the eff alone already.

this number on my caller ID left fart sounds on my answer machine.  i tried to call back to talk to someone.  i was going to say that if i ever get a call like that again i will break the callers fingers and shove them down the callers de-capitated throat!

Interesting to hear these folks were calling to encourage Walker's recall - I just got a call AND a text on my cell phone maligning his opponent in the upcoming recall election, so now they seem to be working for his cronies.  

We'll never be free of unwanted calls until the DNC registry is changed to include non-profits and political groups.  Frankly, I'd rather have a window salesman call me than a politician.

Have received numerous calls from this number for the past few weeks, almost daily.  Leaves no message.

First call today, Caller ID said "Out of Area."  Second call tonight, Caller ID said "Meyers."  I called the number back and they were soliciting for a Sheriff's Deputy Charity--typically big scams.

When I called the number back, an automated messaging system identified it as "Myer Telemarketing."  It gives you an option to add your number to their "do not call" database, which I did.  Let's hope that stops the calls...they've called me 3 days in a row now.

No one at the other end of the line when I answered. The posts above were very helpful.

I am to and they still call  even with being on all the no-call-lists on the companyies as well  AND STILL CALLS

Wow, maybe it would be a better idea to not offend the people you are calling. I know it is a difficult job, but putting that kind of a horrible response will alienate people from you and your cause.I will forward to the Wisconsin DNC soon. I highly suggest deleting it yourself before you loose your job.

Go to their website as suggested.They already have your name so no big deal. Don't give them your email address. Done.

they keep calling and calling.  I want them to stop.  whatever they are selling I do not want

My mom answered while I was at work, they asked for me, was told I was at work & not sure what time I would get home. Person asked to have me call her back,but never gave a name or reason she called. Why am I gonna call someone when I dont know WHY or even WHO I'm calling??
