I just applied for a loan and OAC Medical came up on my credit report stating that I owe $105 from 10/27/08.  I have no idea what this would have been for.  I never received a bill for this amount otherwise I would have paid it off.  Very confusing.  I don't know if I should call this company and find out who I owe or what?  I surely don't want it on my credit report.

Actually, once contact has been made, the law requires them to do exactly that.

If you owe money why don't they send you a letter from them in the mail instead of calling you.  Heck I could act like a collection person also the way they conduct business. If I owe I want to see it in writing.

got a call from this number too, asking about my son's bill, I said that if they have anything they would deal with my insurance other wise don't ever call me again, a girl name Tami said " I can call you at least 3 times a week."  I called her back and said I am report her company to BBB because this is a private number. Will see how it goes.

They called but didn't leave a message.  It's very odd b/c I have never given this number out (it's a back-up phone).  Definitely sketchy.  I don't know if it is a debt collection outfit, but I wouldn't pay any bills that they said I owed.

The caller ID will come up as "OAC", which is Oliver Adjustment Company.  They are a debt collection company.

I also just got the call today. Very wierd to me being I dont have anything that should be in collections. Wouldnt tell me anything about the bill

just got a call from this number on SOMEONE ELSES phone, the woman was arguing with my friend when she said its not my line.

They called me and never left a message with me as I see they haven't done with others. Once many months ago they contacted me about a bill I am trying to pay off medical related and the lady on the phone demanded I send them money that I didn't have! I told the lady I was broke which was no lie. She said ma'am can't you just give us your credit card number over the phone we can take $50 dollars to show you are trying to pay this bill. I didn't have money anywhere there was no way that was happening and I tried to explain to the lady this fact and she was not hearing me. She then told me I needed to mail them a check. !!! No money means no check, no bank card, no cash.. nothing! I am not giving out my credit card number over the phone to anyone.

I have no idea why these morons are calling.  My answerphone says "If your name & number don't show up on caller ID or I don't recognize it, I won't answer the phone".  They call & call & stay on the line until my machine hangs up on them.  I answered once out of sheer curiosity; the person mumbled so bad I couldn't understand him (or her, I'm not sure).  I told the caller to have someone who speaks English to call & hung up.  The only time they left a message it was for someone I didn't know.

Showed up on my caller ID as (414) 431-4450 even though the phone number he said to call was 414-431-4454.  His name was Insintay (or something like that).

Called and left message but no other data.  Stated we could not be reached but did not call phone number medical company had.  Dont know where they got the number

414-431-4450 called my boyfriends #, he asked who it was and the lady only said it was a business.  He told the lady you called my # and I have a right to know who and why your calling. They again said it was a 'business matter.'  Finally , they said they would take his # off.  Typical collection agency who thinks they can do whatever they want and treats you like you have no rights and they have all the rights!  SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE COLLECTION AGENCIES!!

I never answer a telephone call from an unknown caller without the caller identifying who they are and what their business is.

I find it bizarre that someone would continue to call you but never leave a message. Do they really think that I would ever return their call? This behavior is very decadent!

Someone earlier declared that OAC is a collection agency. If this is the case then they must morons! How would they ever collect a debt if they never communicate with the person you are calling? Furthermore, the person they are calling may not have any unpaid debt at all. Very strange, I would go bankrupt if I ran my business this way!

If the calls continue, I suppose that I will contact the States Attorney?s Office.

They keep calling me and not leaving a message. I also got a paper bill for $90 that I have never seen. I called the company that I supposidly owe this money too and they wont return my call either... not sure what is going on. $90 come on if I owed that I would have paid it??

These jerk offs keeping calling my private cell number, which has never been published or given out to any one but close personal friends. No business has any right calling my private cell number. I do not answer their calls and they do not leave messages. Screw em!

Received a call yesterday. Wouldn't say who they were. Called for someone I don't know, so I looked up the number. I've had my home # for over 30yrs, so they obviously called the wrong #.

OAC stands for "Oliver Adjustment Company", a piece of sht collections agency in Wisconsin, owned by Frederick C. Quandt. They keep calling me for someone that I have no relation to.  I have told them to stop, but they call repeatedly.  The last person who called identified himsilf as Mr Corbet.

This is a SE Wisconsin Collection Agency. They always give you a fake name like, "Bill" or "John" as if that is suppose to let you know who they represent. Just ask them "who are you working for, "Bill, John, Frank or Biff" Just tell then whoever they are calling for is dead and DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN. You can tell them to put the number on their do not call list. Ask for their Supervisors name and the company phone number. Once you make that request you can file a complaint and they could be fined $500 for EACH time they call you, which goes directly to you so document the calls, time, date, etc. Any info you can. They are bungholes......I know because I'm "onto these jerkoffs"
