this number seems to be someone else now at OAC. i looked up the number before calling back. she seems nice and friendly just trying to get things taken care of. was never rude always answered with yes ma'am or no ma'am. goes by katie

I have been getting calls from this # every week. saying this call is for - if this is - please press 1. I always press 1 and then it hangs up???

These ppl call me all of the time too and never leave a message. When I do answer they say that I owe Great Lakes Pathology $S48. I ask for a statement and they ttell me that it is against their policy to send more than one statement. They have never sent a single one. How do I know that they aren't scamming me. They are all a***s. Especially the one who calls hiimself "Mr Anderson"

They call all he time and when return the call I get a recording.  I've tried faxing, emailing and no response.  I have no outstanding balance due.

There just was a story on the Channel 4 news tonight about collection agencies like this using improper and at times illegal methods to contact debtors, including calling relatives and even neighbors!  When this outfit called me, the woman at first refused to give me a breakdown of the debts she claimed I owed.  She finally read me a list, but still refused to send me anything in writing.  Very strange, to say the least!!!

I have also been receiving calls from 414-431-4451 (OAC) but they never leave a message.

I never answer a telephone call from an unknown caller without the caller identifying who they are and what their business is.

I find it bizarre that someone would continue to call you but never leave a message. Do they really think that I would ever return their call? This behavior is very decadent!

Someone earlier declared that OAC is a collection agency. If this is the case then they must morons! How would they ever collect a debt if they never communicate with the person you are calling? Furthermore, the person they are calling may not have any unpaid debt at all. Very strange, I would go bankrupt if I ran my business this way!

If the calls continue, I suppose that I will contact the States Attorney?s Office.

I received a phone call twice from this number with a message never left.  The first was 1/21/09 and again today 2/4/09.  I called and was told I had a bill for $21.00 for Great Lakes Pathology.  She had an old address for me and I told her to send me the information to my new address.  She asked when I would pay the bill and I said as soon as I see it and know if it is actual charge.  I gave her my new address and now I'm worried I may have given her to much with just that.  Should I be?

I've been receiving this call for awhile. It claims to be for a medical bill I paid off two years ago (for $39). When I asked them to send a statement of the debt they said they could only legally send out two statements and that they had already sent me two (which was a lie). The never asked for verification of my identity, and one day my husband called the number after I had ignored the call and they proceeded to tell him all about their claim without verifying he was actually my husband, and told him that this was negatively impacting my credit (also a lie, since I had just pulled my annual credit report a few weeks earlier and this bill wasn't on it). They also asked for a canceled check, and the woman started yelling at my husband when he said he wouldn't pay without written proof of the debt.

same things as stated above. Company called OAC from Milwaukee. Only they were calling on my cell phone asking for my daughter, a minor, and would not give me information about why or what the call was about. So she called them back and they wouldn't assist her either. All very secretive and automated....typical of what our world is becoming.

same as above.  When questioned what it was in regards to man said "a personal matter".  When I replied, "if I can't get more information the call probbly will not be returned" he replied with, "he will know what it is in regards to just by my name."

I called the number back to see how they would respond and it came up as a collection agency of somekind.

OAC on called ID.

The caller ID showed the # - 414-431-4451 and the 'name' that appeared was OAC.  Have no idea who/what this is.  No message was left.
