wonder how they get the info on what kind of car you have or its warranty. Who sold them that information? My first thought would be a phone app, since Chase app states in its term of conditions that you agree to give it access to all your contacts, your emails, your phone calls (source, destination, length of call) and all 'other accounts'. Funny how people don't read those. However, I did not agree so they didn't get it from MY phone. Neither Google nor Chase commented on this particular violation of privacy/security either though I brought it to both their attentions.

Customer (male) called and asked for my name twice on my voicemail. There were lots of people talking in the background. One person in the background shouted "These mother f****rs keep hanging up". I was frightened and when I called the number back it was for auto warranty. I don't need this. Its Spam Spam Spam!!!

Got call asking for someone else. Upon asking what the call pertained to, the caller quickly hung up. Sounded as if the caller were in a larger room because there was echo-y background noises.

I got a call from this number and was told my warranty on my car was about to expire. She asked me what was my auto mileage, and I said was not sure what it was, Before I could ask her any questions about who, where, and why, she hung up on me. The caller just didn't sound legit. Don't give them any information if you get a call from this number.

My wife received a call from this number. The female called stated she was calling regarding our Kia; however, my wife (who was on the phone with me) asked her to call back, then asked me to look into this matter. We both thought it strange Kia would just contact us during the day when they've never done this before - PLUS, we have a brand new leased vehicle.
I called the number twice and reached a voicemail greeting that offered two options: Press "1" to be directed to an agent to discuss extending your warranty, or "Press 2" to be placed on THEIR 'Do Not Call List'. *DO NOT PRESS '2' TO PROVIDE YOUR NUMBER* - all you'll do is verify your number as legitimate! They already have it, won't update any call list, and may sell their list of recorded numbers to other knucklehead agencies. When I pressed '1', the VM greeting stated, "the person at extension 0001 is unavailable" and asked me to leave a message... again, I chose to have them kick rocks.
It's hilarious there are only two options available: leave a message or forever be removed from their call list. LOL!!

Received call from 414-431-6499 from a man claiming to be from Auto department. had correct make and model of car.Asked me for my miles on my car which I gave then was transferred to another man. He verified my miles again he said I have surpased my miles warranty. I said that is fine I would be returning my car soon because its a lease. The man started to be really rude to me said he wish he could throw away money like I can. Then said if I knew everything why I was talking to him. I asked him again the reason for his call. I've never been so insulted.

These folks are not whom they say they are, Call Subura today and was advise they do not call customers.
Beware if you get a call from these folks. They are trying to scam you into something.

Same thing as above said calling about warranty and correctly identified make/model, Said was from Subura, told what dealer I got the car from however the dealer name was not quite right, put two different dealers names together. Wanted to verified my address, gave no additional info. Strange call ask if I received info from them about my warranty in the mail.

Was talking to someone in the background when VM started recording. Then said my first name twice and finally hung up. Not a voice or number that I recognize. Another "charitable" solicitation? I'm guessing some kind of telemarketing call. Nothing to really go on.
