He told me they were located in the UK.

It's a bunch of cocksucking indians that are selling fake pharmaceuticals. They identify themselves as US pharmaceutical.

these people won't stop calling my house. most of the time it's a man that calls asking for my hubby. they won't talk to me about anything, when i tell them no.  you'd think after about 100 + freaking calls from these people.

Constant phone calls from these fools for months.  They have used different numbers in the past.  Have never been able to get it to stop.  Getting closer to just dropping ATT home phone service completely.  I know they can prevent it, but will not.

Called and hung up with no message.

Got a call from this number about 10:20 Am today.  They let it ring until I picked up then they hung up.

Sam,  I am so sorry that they did this to you and your business.  Our country gives millions of dollars in economic aid to the country where these calls originate and refuses to do anything to stop this "spoofing" because it might offend our valued "partners".  While I have never placed an order with any online drug company they still have my number and call every day like clockwork.  They buy customer lists from other companies, including call centers in India used by our banks and phone providers, and their autodialers do the rest.  I wish you well and hope they have moved on to someone else.  I know of at least one other company in Colorado that went through the same thing you are going through now.  Hang in there.

Yea I changed all of my business information and I believe they are still posing as my former company (MBK).  I wish they would just stop already.  I bet I wasn't the first business they targeted.  After they realized I have changed my info of my business, they are probably going to pose and spoof as another business.  What name are they using? is it MBK services still?  because if it is, they are too stupid to realize I have changed my business name.They have seriously ruined my whole month of buisness.  I am so pissed.

I called the fcc again and they said there is nothing I can do about.  The only thing I can do is change my info and hope they stop.

They called me so many times.  Every time I said "please don't call me again" or "take me off your list" or "put me on your do not call list."  The last time, i was so upset, i asked to talk to a manger, and acted like i would call him back for products.  Then at the end i said never call me again or I would report him to the proper authorities.  While talking with them, they were calling on the other line.  I guess it really pissed him off because he said on a voicemail:

"do not ever call my number, or i will F*%K you."  he said it many times and then talked the same way against my family.

these people need to be stopped.

What they are doing is against Federal and most likely your state regulations.
Do Not Call is expected to be honored and is a Federal regulation.

The laws are complex for an individual, there is no CLEAR cut way to make them stop, the reason why they use multiple exchanges and numbers to call from is that it is easy to have one number blocked for harassing the owner of the phone number called.

The is a huge industry in counterfeit pharmaceuticals - much of these 'Drugs' are either sugar pills or dangerous, especially if you're on medications to deal with specific issues. BE CAREFUL - don?t' buy drugs online or over the phone!  DON'T you're risking your life and health!

I also want to add that my software website www.mbksoftwareservices.com is down due to these spoofers who are destroying my company name.  I recieve about thirty calls a day from upset people who think it is my company who is doing this.  These people have successfully tainted my company name and now I have to start from scratch.  I apologize to all whom have been harassed constantly by these people.

I am a representative of MBK Software Service.  I apologize to all who have received these unwanted calls.  Unfortunately, I have been targeted by spoofers.  Spoofers are crooked companies who take other company's information and front it as their own.  I have no connection with any of these companies who have been calling and harrassing you all nor am I affiliated with US pharmaceutical online.  As a matter of fact, I am not even located in Illinois nor have I ever been there.  I have changed my personal information as well as my phone numbers.  If you receive these calls from companies who are claiming to be MBK service, THEY ARE NOT Mbk Services.  These people are located somewhere in south asia  and I have no connection with them.  I too have contacted the FCC and notified them that my company has been targeted.  They wanted me to post this here:

I have been getting calls from these dirtbags from about a dozen different numbers for a year and a half.

The calls stop for a few weeks, a few months then start up again.

A class action suit is the only thing that will stop this company. They may be in India, but they do business here. They have assets and we can take them if we band together.

this number keeps calling my cell phone 208 407 1957. I've requested, numerous times, tht they delete my number from their calling list. My requests have been ignored

they called me all summer... I asked to be on the do not call list. "peter" said "ok I put you on the call all the time list." and hung up. then the calls increased.  so I started to mess with them when they called. I "broke up" with one solicitor, and was a general pain.  Then one day peter called...  I told him I was very interested and that my masterful visa discovery card # was 123456789.  It was a large order, and I was drinking beer on a fri afternoon. He said "are you f****ng with me ?"  yes, I said you f*** with me so i return the favor.  then in an indian tony montana-ish voice he said "joo muddafukka"  and hung up.  The next week I got a call from a professional sounding person, asking about it. I told them NEVER to call and harass me again. (I think peter was fired)  the calls stopped for 3 months and are now back on 2x a day.

THEY WERE CALLING MANY TIMES A DAY. I YELLED AT THEM TO STOP CALLING. 2 MINUTES LATER THEY CALLED AGAIN.IT WENT ON FOR 2 WEEKS MANY TIMES A DAY AND SOMETIMES 2 MINUTES APART. I REPORTED THIS TO THE TELEPHONE COMPANY AND ALSO THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT.
THE CALLS FINALLY STOPPED. NOW 6 MONTHS LATER THEY ARE STARTING AGAIN.
I TOLD HIM WE DON'T BUY MEDICINE ONLINE AND HE ASKED WHY. I SAID BECAUSE WE HAVE A LOCAL PHARMACY THAT WE GET OUT MEDICINE FROM, SO DON'T CALL AGAIN.

Multiple calls a day from this number. Have same phone Samsung Vibrant. Didn't know it had reject feature. Now I know. Way cool Thanks. Problem solved.

the best part of my new phone is the "reject" feature. This number phoned me, I'd say, 3 times, without leaving a message. Clearly it was not someone I knew trying to call. With a few button presses, my phone instantly rejects the call. It DOES NOT send it to VM, it simply hangs up. After I put the number on my reject list, I noticed they dialed 14 times after. To no avail hahahahahahahahahaha. I love my new phone! (Samsung Vibrant!)

Have you tried that with these particular callers?  They do NOT honor your request, they change phone numbers, they hang up on you when you even try to ask them to put you on the do not call list, they get abusive and rude...  

I, personally, have received calls from them at the following phone numbers:

and several more that my phone's contact list isn't large enough to hold.  This unethical (and, I suspect, illegal) company simply rotates phone numbers starts a fresh batch of calls.

I used to get irritated with it.  I used to get angry. I used to get frustrated.  But ABSOLUTELY NOTHING works to stop these harassing calls. Polite requests, angry yelling, threats of lawsuits, pleading, etc... Nothing.  They hang up and call again later (sometimes as many as 5 or 6 times a day.

Anymore I tend to just pick up the phone and go on with my conversations around me.  Every now and then, I hear the heavily-accented voice asking "hello? Hello?!", and I smile slightly and keep about my business.  Or I'll add the new number to a "Spammers 1/2/3/4" entry in my contact list and then I know who's calling so I can ignore them.

I got them to stop calling. I placed a fake order with them (false address, CC, changed last name) and was able to glean that the company that provided US Pharmacy with the leads is MBK Services.   I found their number on another blog, called their number 877 914 1412 and left a message, notifying them that they could face a lawsuit.

An individual who said his name was Ralph Smith with the number 408 599 9158 actually called me back!  He apologized and said that he would make sure they don't call me back.  They have not called back since.
