Annual Updates.  Bunch of junk - they keep calling evem though they are told to take our number off the list.
They call several times a week and also try all of our phone lines.  I'm too busy for this non-sense

They simply switch phone numbers regularly, so asking to stop calling,
or blocking is of little use.

Received a call at 10:05am Chicago time, Wed, May 22, 2013 - I answered and they hung up on me. hahaha
I thought I was supposed to hang up on them. Called them back and received a "all circuits are busy, please try again" message.

We are well into month number three of the daily calls from  414 877-5537.
I hope the callers are getting paid something for making the calls.
Otherwise it is a grand waste for all involved.

The consistent violation of social protocol
or the out right abuse of a Federally governed telecommunication industry
would seem to be the drivers for change.

It must just take more time.

Perhaps the caller's objective is to record responses like these as some part of a human behavioral study?
And, here I thought that I was wasting even more of my time.

It shows up as "ANNUAL UPDATES" on caller id. The call didn't even come all the way through. THey have called before though. I think it must be a scam or some telemarketer phone call.

They called, I knew they were a telemarket so I did not answer.  They did not leave a voice mail.  But my number is registered with the Donotcall.gov registry.

The "Annual Updates" scam.  Nuisance, unsolicited calls.  This is another indication that everyone must please contact their elected reps in DC to demand strengthened Do Not Call laws, prohibit any type of telemarketing, soliciting or surveys, whether political, charitable, causes or under the guise of anything else (over 90% of funds donated over the phone will go into the pockets of the organizers, and you risk $100s or $thousands of fraudulent charges on your credit card for a $10 donation), prohibit the use of any telephone number not issued by a licensed common carrier (telephone company), or any use of computer-generated or tie-line numbers, with violations carrying severe criminal penalties (fines and imprisonment).  prohibit any calling where the legal name of the caller is not shown on standard Caller Id, no calling before 9 AM or after 7 PM local.  The situation with nuisance, scam callers is totally out of control.  While away for ten days, we received over 30 nuisance, scam calls from 15 different callers!  This particular number called multiple times.  We need call control, not gun control!

If I see from this website or endless repeat calls, they are spammers, i leave them on endless hold.  If they can waste my time, i can waste theirs.

"Annual Updates" on caller ID. Calling daily, sometimes more than once a day. My place of business is a hospice and they are tying up our patient call lines.

It *is* a scam inasmuch as they call people who are listed on the do-not-call registry.  If the government did its job, these people would be subject to heavy fines or jail terms.

Disturbing people to market unwanted crap is unconscionable and should be punishable by imprisonment in a very unpleasant jail.  That applies to your efforts as well.  Your making money is no excuse for disrupting other people's lives with unwanted phone calls.  Shoo.  Go away.  Your company is a nuisance.

I work for a publishing company and our subscribers all signed up to receive our free engineering magazine.  We also use a telemarketing service that calls subscribers to update their info so we can verfiy we are reaching the audience we claim.  This way we can sell ads to companies that want to reach our qualified readers.  However, this one (414 #)  that I got a call from is one I never signed up for.  I think these publishing companies acquire lists from other publishing companies through swaps or they buy them.  It's a pain in the a**, but it's not a scam.

4148775537--Annual Updates -- appears on my caller id at work,  and then no answer and the call back is a dead number, so I finally got wise, I have recorded all their calls for the last 45 days, and sent them off as wave files to a law firm in texas.  they are going to investigate and let me know, if this constitues harrassment at my place of business.  I may be able to seek renumeration $$$$ from them !!  :-)  for the harrassment.  If this happens i will let everyone know and there may be a class action against them forthcoming.   So I say,  Keep calling  -- I can use the cash !!

Called again today at 11:54am.  This time a woman wanted to confirm my name and mailing address for a computing magazine.  She knew I was webmaster of this org. but I don't receive her mag.

Called me 4/30/13 at 1:30pm  pst and today (5/1/13) at 1:56pm pst. No one there when I picked up.

Missed call from this Wisconsin number at 11:15am. today. Must be some magazine subscription company as indicated by other users.

I didn't pick up.  No message left.

This number registers as "annual updates" on caller ID.

"Free" mags.  I've asked to be removed, hasn't happened. I just place them on hold now and wait to see how long it takes them to hang up.  Maybe they'll get the hint.

It's a free trade magazine, full of ads that they think relates to your business. If you get one, 15 more will call you and try to sign you up. If you tell them, "no" they will still call you and half the time, there is no one on the other end. It's a computer generated call, calling multiple numbers at the same time and they talk to whoever answers first. Very annoying!

Recieved call and as soon as I answered they hung up.  When I tried to call back I got some message that said All circuits are busy now, please your call again later.  It is total bogus crap.
