These people keep calling, gotta give them kudos for being persistant.  I think it's a joke that they're still allowed to call even though my number is in the Do Not Call Database.

Got a call from this number a 8:45 pm tonight.  First asked for husband by name and when I said No it wasn't him he then asked if this was Mrs. Said yes. He started to ask me how I was doing.  Asked him what he wanted and did hear something about police. Told him to take number off list and he hung up. To me this is too late to be calling as I work at night and was trying to get ready for work.

That's abuse of your power if you are an Agent-a real employee of the Department of Justice, like me, knows that you are not allowed to use your power to benefit yourself. Especially over a phone call. If you were, the government made a mistake in hiring you...You aren't able to make a proper sentence. Threatening citizens is abuse & shows why so many people mistrust Law Enforcement.

The caller is The Wisconsin Professional Police Officer Association-they try to raise funds annually. Oh, I may not agree with how they do things, like not leaving messages, etc. but don't come on here & threaten people doing their job with things like that, either.

I keep getting these calls .  I was finally home and answered.  A female asked for my husband, using his formal name.  I said this was not him, she said this is just a courtesy call we'll try again and hung up on me.  I try to call the number back but its a non-working number

Seen this number on my caller ID with name WISCONSIN CNTY when I got home. They called at 5:50 PM and din't leave any message. I called the # back and got a recording that just said "No one is available to take your call now" No idea who it is... I'm on the DNC List. I simply blocked the number from my end.

Between 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM every day for the past week!  Yesterday one call at 8:30 PM and another at 8:37 PM!! I never answer.  Just discovered this site - how useful. (If there were some way to "donate" without them getting all my personal info I'd love to make them go through the paper work for my donation of 2 cents) Prefer to support my local police directly.

Regrettably we have discontinued all telephone requests for money. Period. No exceptions.
There are plenty of worthy causes that do not require one to guess their legitimacy.

Just got a call from this number at 10:16am Sunday feb. 16, 2014.  They left no message.  They've been calling daily for the past two weeks.  They never leave a message.  Stop it already!

They call me almost every day. In fact, they just called minutes ago (it is currently 10:52am Sunday, Feb 16 2014).
It used to be illegal for telemarketers to call on Sundays. Did that law get repealed?
For call type, I listed telemarketer, since Scam was not a choice given.

Get these creeps off my phone. They call every night at 1045 and I'm beyond sick of it.

The phone rang at 8:34 pm, I answered in 2 rings.  The young man asked for an Allison, I told him he had the wrong number and he apologized then hung up.

Calls everyday. No message.

4 rings, no message.  These so called people are annoying.  also have number blocked.

These c*** weasels continue to call despite being on the DNC list. Spammers and a robo caller

They called last night at 8:33pm.  Left no message.  Caller ID says Wisconsin CNTY.  I'm on the do not call list too.  

Not answered and no message left.  I gave $5 to this group several years ago when I did not have caller ID.  Never again.

11/10/13 they just called me at 1:38 pm I didnt answer and no message left.

Just a bunch of paid telemarketers, pretending to be police officers. 87 cents of every dollar they raise goes into their own pockets!

3/4/2013  They called, I answered, there was nobody there. Caller ID said "Wisconsin CNTY"

Called at 12:01 pm on Saturday, I work nights and was woke up by the call answered on the 4th ring, they hung up. Get this every year, every year I tell them do not call; they still do. I do not contribute to anything I recevive calls on. Most are scams

Called me on 2/25 at 11:30am while away at work.  No message left.  I'm on Do Not Call list.

this jerk called me today begging for money!!!! when i said not this year he got rude with me and accused me of laughing about drunk drivers on the road, i think someone needs to evaluate this a***ole!!!!!!! I will NEVER give to this orginization EVER because of this A**!!!!!!!

If you want to donate to any organization, always go directly to them. Never go through any fund raising company. I have contacted the Wisconsin County Police Association and informed them that because of their involvement with these scammers, I will be boycotting any of their efforts for the next ten years. I know that they are a legitimate Law Enforcement Association, but they show horrendously poor judgment in regard to the people that they hire to represent them.
