Indian accent and very garbled. He called himself John Smith?.Right!

They pissed me off and with unlimited talk on my cell, I have been calling them 10/15 times a day and chewing them out, in the short amount of time they give me before they disconnect me or put me on hold. They now give me an error message when I call. I will try another phone with a different number. For what little satisfaction I get...it's worth it!! A***oles!!!!
I Google'd phone numbers to address and came up with this for 415.223.1365. Pac-West Telecom, it's a land-line in San Rafael, California, zip code 94912. Anyone familiar with them? Love to get an address.

Idiot ('Ricky Johnson) with Indian accent left message about time sensitive issue with my paycheck and taxes. I'm ignoring it for now. May call back to yell at him when I'm not in the holiday spirit.

I posted earlier too. I have reported this to IRS via their phishing email. Thanks for the heads up on fake Local Police or DMV calls.Please keep up with any new developments.

These same idiots have been harassing me for the past two days. Both days they called me at 8:00 am and claimed that I was about to be arrested if I didn't cooperate with them. The guy said that the IRS had charged me with 2 counts of tax fraud and read me an "affidavit" from the IRS fraud division. My daughter was with me and is a recent law school graduate and immediately knew this was a scam, but I don't need a law degree to know that you don't get a courtesy call before you are arrested. I got so mad at these crooks that I repeatedly called them back and yelled at them. They stopped answering my calls. Even if they fool one person, it's one person too many. I reported them to the FTC and will be reporting them to the IRS as well. Be warned that they also call back claiming to be from your local DMV and/or local police department to add legitimacy to their prior phone calls. Like I said, if the police want to arrest you, they don't give you a warning call. Also, we all know the DMV doesn't pay attention to you when you are actually in their offices so they definitely don't have the inclination or interest in actually calling you to tell you they are revoking your license. Don't let these idiots scare you into giving them anything!

I called the number and the same guy who left the message told me that this is the IRS.  I told him this isn't the phone number for the IRS and he told me to have a Blessed day and hung up.....same thing he said in the voice message.  SCAM

I recd a call from an Indian guy, barely understanding a word he was saying, claiming he was with the IRS. We made out that he wanted my wife's lawyer number. I explained that I do not have a lawyer and am requesting docs. He got irate and rambled that the warrant arriving at our house...I slowed him down and he states, "you do not talk to a IRS agent that way".
In two days I have called them over 30 times and got hung up on, a message machine that is to full to take messages, laughter, two different males and one female. I even called on a different line and claimed I was the lawyer. Still got hung up on. So I Goggled the phone number and here I am.
Scam.
Everyone getting the call, harass them by calling them!! I have just begun.

ok there at it again new phone number very hard to understand claming there from irs there from cal. phone number is 415 223 1365 they are a scam they will tell you owe thousands of dollars and you need to pay them or they will have you arrested ,don't belive them. if you call them back and tell them they are a scam they will hang up on you

An Indian sounding like guy with heavy accent, called and left VM to call back this number. I tried calling back with no recording or no bell. Finally I spoke with some one claiming to be IRS name Rick Davis. He told me that I have two criminal case against me from IRS, When I asked why IRS won't just contact me direct, he kind of hung up with holiday greeting threatened that I will be delivered documents tomorrow. Sound Scam to me.

An Indian man left a message calling from the tax litigation dept.When I called back, there was no recording with official info and would not let me leave a message. I think its not legit.

Keep getting calls from 4152231365,a man with an Indian accent yells me that there is a lawsuit agaisnst my husband.Claiming to be from the IRS and that it is urgent to call and ask for Trey Bell.

Person is calling about 7 times,hard to understand.Has an Indian accent,claims that my husband has a lawsuit against him.

I got a call from this number asking me to call as it is very urgent and would need to talk to an attorney regarding some IRS stuff sounded a scam to me, not responding to this....the guys name is george.

An indian guy called saying that they were the IRS on this number. I called him back to give me specific documents and information. They hung up on me. When I called back I got breathing and a hang up.
