Sonic Cash threatening me with charges of violation of federal banking laws,
test by deception, arrest, etc harassing me and my employer. I owe no money to a pay day loan co, only browsed thru some & decided no way.

These people are evil, I knew this had to be a fraud or scam, but still they
are literally trying to terrorize me- screw them, but they have to be stopped.
These people's actions could literally have tragic consequences, there are people with serious illness etc who could be scared to death by these monsters.
I was given many names, all have heavy accents one phone # was 415-226-1149,
one name was michael stewart.

call from this number aug 27,2008.  Called four times that day. When I asked where he was calling from what it was abou he said I had to verify my address. I told him I would not do that until he told what its regarding he could not and then he had my ss3 wrong by 1 number, talked with an attorney. She said it is a possible scam.

female..dont be scared its a scam yes they can at times buy your info and debt collectors can not say to you that your check is going to be garnished read all the post on here

Called and left to mean messages.... wouldn't tell me the name of the company... sd i owe if not paid will take me to court.... didn't have any updated info on me... but had all old info from 6 years ago (address etc...)... even had my last 4 digits of ssn.... what is this?

They have called me to state that they are taking me to court.  They asked for my attorney's name.  When I said I didn't have one, I was told that they are going to serve me with papers.  

Is this a real company that can serve court papers?

Same thing here.  The guy uses the same speach everytime he calls and leaves a message. "Good luck to you if you don't respond".  It's some sort of collection agency that uses harsh words so that you respond but he cant do anything to you.  Waiting for him to call back so I can give him an ear full. You can't leave a message if you call the number back. SCAM!!

He called and had all my information!  He didn't answer anything, and said that if he told me what subsidiary I supposedly stole money from because I didn't pay off a loan (which is a total lie), my pay check would be garnished.  I kept telling him that I had no idea what he was talking about, and he said that I would have to take it up with the judge!  I still have no idea what he's talking about, but I'm scared because he has all my information

called 3 times today with 2 messages....couldn't understand the first but the second was a thick Indian accent.  Said his name was Brad.  Said if me or my attorney did not respond this at the time of this call that it would be a dire situation.  

Looked up the number and it is from a Indian call center called Sachitel Global.  www.sachitelglobal.com

same thing here.  A man with heavy accent an american name said "i wish you luck if it gets out of my hands"...

I have also had a call from this # and it is a total scam. They call from all sorts of different #'s. Very threatening. Can't speak English very good at all but has very American name.I would like to get ahold of one of these dirtbags. Roprt them to your local Police Department.

Some guy named "Brad" called and stated a case fill be filled against me tomorrow if I did not call him back.  I dealt with this guy before only this time he has a different number than previously.  He has called me with two other different Califorinia numbers.  One was with a 310 area code and the other was with a 949 area code.  My lawyer called him and ask him to stop calling me but he still keeps calling me.  It is a scam don't fall for it!!!
