I don't often listen to my voicemails so from Jan thru Mar 5 I've had at least 6 voicemails.  Same as the others here have reported.  2 names - Mark Davis and Nancy something - 2 different case #s - warnings to not disregard etc.  415. 251. 6162 and 585. 444. 6507 also used.   Disgusting.

I have vm twice yesterday and today from the above number by attorney name Scaven Jones with heavy lady voice accent as if a man spoke from a voice converter. They said calling from tax litigation department....I don't know and from where these filthy smucks are operating from the message both the times is exactly the same as if it was recorded and getting played at the same time on a daily basis. This is frustrating to me...should I report to local police...it looks like IRS phising site is not doing anything....why can't they just shutdown this tele marketing company...the phone number belongs to some  InfoTelecom LLC - CA City: San Francisco, CA County: San Francisco. If you some is from that area please complain to local police department.

These people called and left a message on my answering machine yesterday. I called them back and the guy asked me for my lawyers fax number to fax the list of charges. I told the guy I didn't have a lawyer and he ask if I wanted him to tell me what the charges against me were so I said yeah but this sounds like a scam to me and he said "oh" and hung up. I waited a few minutes and called the number back and the same guy answered "McDonald's". I said I know who you and you'd better not call my house again or I will report you to the FBI. Of course he hung up. I sent an e-mail to the IRS Phishing e-mail address from the IRS website and reported them. Now I get another call from the same place this morning but a different heavily accented man called telling me the same garbage so I cut him off told him that I had reported them to the real IRS and that they had better not call me again. And he said the authorities would be contacting me and I said yeah whatever idiot don't call me again. I guess we will see if they call back tomorrow, I hate to be awakened before 8:00AM on a Saturday by some hostile speaking scam artist. Hope these guys get shut down soon, this is ridiculous. Liar's like these deserve their place in the pit of hell.

Best solution is an old fashioned gym whistle blown loudly into the phone. Calling them scumbags is an insult to scumbags

Rec'vd a call from this number stating that I owed the IRS money and indicated a deputy will be coming to my home to arrest me unless I hire an attorney and I have reported that i make less money then i reported.  Funny thing is I dont make any money I am retired - then i asked for the last 4 digits of the SSN and they proceeded to to tell me a number and hung up...

These scumbags deserves all the expletives you can think of. Can you give them few more times on my behalf? They call and leave a horribly accented message. They must be of lowest level IQ and from a different planet to even think others will be fooled by their crude pranks. Usually I ignore them hoping they would wise up. But it never stopped. Maybe, your prescription from all will help them to wise up and stop.

It seems they are also using 415-230-2668.

I also just received a call from this number. They had my name and address as well. They said a "case" had been filed against me and asked for my attorney's contact information. They even had a "reference number" for my case.  These scams get very sophisticated.

Got a call this morning with the same threatening information.  I told them to send me a bill and I would take care of it.  Immediately the caller hung up.

We are reporting these people to the IRS  and authority.

I also got a call from this number threatening me with arrest and IRS fines and the ugent need for me to get an attorney. This is a fraud that was threatening, stating they tried to deliver arrest info and no one was at home to sign so now they'll take me in.  All a fraud.

This is an IRS scam.  I got a call at 7:20 a.m. this morning from 415-230-2678.  The caller identified himself as "Mark Williams" from the IRS Litigation Department, but he had previously called me under another number (415-251-6327).  The IRS recently issued a warning about pervasive telephone scams here:

I gave "Mark Williams" a string of expletives, and hung up.  This is a scam.
