Received two calls and two voicemails from this number from a man with a very thick South Asian accent.  He indicated that he was calling from the IRS and that I needed to call immediately.  

Received several calls from David Foster from the IRS claiming that we must call him to prevent legal action right away. (415-230-2722) He has a foreign accent. Once my wife answered the phone and he started in telling her she must answer some questions to avoid IRS legal action. She hung up. He called back and she would not answer the phone. I reported this to BBB right away.

A fellow by the name of James Reuben has called me twice in three days leaving a message that he is from the IRS and it is ,   urgent that I call back to avoid potential arrest do to a "time sensitive" matter.  His accent put red flags up in my mind, as did his lame attempt to be friendly, "Have a very nice day".  The whole thing smells of SCAM.

They are repeatedly calling our house, leaving the same message.  You can barely understand the person.

Same as the first guy. bad accent trying to scare me into calling back, he said is name was "allen Smith". Im calling the cops.

I hung up after this man with a bad Indian accent tried to pronounce his name as "David Walker". I only answered it because it was from San Fran, CA and thought it could have been someone from Amazon, but I see that is not the case. If this is yet another bogus IRS scam, I think I will be reporting this.

The person using this phone number calls pretending to be a IRS employee trying to get you to call back under threat of arrest.
