He is still at it!  Got my second voicemail from David Murphy claiming to with the Drug Enforcement agency.  This time he calles from 415-852-9456.  Last time he called he was Damien Miller.  Does this DB really think that I am going to fall for it.  I hope this messsage helps others from becoming his victim!

Read this.  This is a scam.  Hopefully people are smart enough to GOOGLE the phone number and the name of the person that says they are coming to get you.

From what everything says above and my experience it is best to tell them that you are home and will be awaiting their arrival.

Today a Detective Donald Stevinson from U.S. B-Customs and Border protection called my house and asked for me by name. He left a number for me to call. When I called it back, it was a disgusting perverted recording. I called the u.S. Customs and Border protection and told them about it. They called the FBI and the FBI called me. I hope they catch this guy. I was very shook up over it.

I got a call from 818-945-1953, and he claimed to be officer"  DAVID MURPHY." Before he could even ask me anything, I told him that the name "Murphy" does not usually come from a person with a heavy Latino accent!  He hung up.  ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR LAWYER TO BE PRESENT ON A THREE-WAY CALL IF SOMEONE IS CLAIMING TO BE A POLICEMAN OR AGENT!!

Same story used on me...did not send $...got on line and saw these posts and it tipped me off to the scam....thanks for all your posts!

I received the same phone call on the same day.  Were you recently on a cruise or on another type of trip?

Got a call from Thomas Harrigan at 415-935-5792 and from a David Murphy 818-945-1953 stating the same thing. My lovely wife got scared about this, wondering if this would affect me and our newly born son. So, she wires $7000 to these people yesterday and then tells me about it today. If I could find these people, god help them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope nothing else happened, it's really sad they can get someone to fall for this!

I to have been harrassed by several different calls all ranging from the DEA to U.S. Customs regarding online presciption meds for anxiety "how fitting" Let's just say they had it so set up that I thought the DEA were coming to arrest me because my prescription supposedly came from the Dominican Republic. If I paid 4500 for each fine two total I would be only a witness to stand trial for the supposedly illegal meds sent from there. They caught me on a panic day with business and family. I gut suckered for 9k plus western union fee's nearing 800 bucks. They had agents standing by supposedly to come to my home. Don;t know why I panicked as I am a stand up citizen and should of called my spouse or attorney but I had been professionally duped and they still continue to call with different angles. I have since made up the money but the fact that they pretend to be a representative from the highest branches of are goverment seems like they need to be investigated especially in the Dominican Republic they stole from me and my family. I have since called the FBI and DEA and they are aware of these scams, and pretending to be a Customs agent is a major criminal offense. The call I just had on my voicemail even said his name was Donald Stevenson Badge #N229 415-935-5792 Call him and let him have it!!

I recieved the same call saying they are doing investigation and there is a warrant for my arrest. I dont know who he think he is fooling. I will make sure to deal with him.

Just received the same exact call.  I happened to be standing next to a police officer and handed the phone to him, asking "Damien Miller" to tell the story to the police officer.  Guess what "Damien" did...the "Department of Homeland Security and DEA Officer Number 39" hung up.  I hope his mother is proud of him.  I'd like to kick him in the area where his legs connect to his torso.

My mother recieved a call from this number 415-251-3120 yesterday, the man "officer Damen Miller" said he was with the US Department of Customs and that by ordering medicine online 5 years ago there was a warrent out for her arrest because the medicine she ordered was cut with cocaine. After scaring the you know what out of her she asked to speak with a supervisor to verify this was legit. He then told her that he had local cops in our area that could be to her home in 10 minutes and would handcuff her and search her home for cocaine and take her in, and that she would have a $50,000 bond.
