I noticed a debit card payment from my card of $53.94 and am currently in the process with my bank to reverse this charge. Some sort of scam, don't know how they got my card number.

Nobody called me from the number, I just got their number from the "company" that charged my card.

Yes Jean, I ordered from Supplementwarehouse also.  Please let us know why this is suspect?  It would be wonderful to put a stop to this!

July 22 2008. They charged my card 20 bucks and now I have 100 bucks in over draft, this is bull****. I am demanding my money back and them to pay my overdraft fees.

I got charged by a company named TMA Affilname, Gam with the number 415-255-3131 AND a company name ATARI, INC Myord.com both for $49.99 in the same day! Dont know how the hell they got my card info too! The transactions are both still in pending mode but i called my back right away.

I didnt get a call from the number, but i did try to get a game off of Gamestop. I got an email saying i messed up my information so they cancelled the order, but the very next day it charged me $43.94 anyways. I called the bank and complained they said that they will revoke the charges but i have to wait 24 hours for everything to get in order. I'm in the state of "wait and see" at the moment. I'll never do the download thing off of gamestop ever again if this is whats going to happen. Although I have bought games for my PS3 and some accessories off of gamestops website and never had a problem with that... just letting everyone know

i was only supposed to be charged $6.99 for bookworm. but i also got charged an additional $6.99 & 2 charges of $10.49. why ???  if this is how u do buisness u need to get out. its not fair. u better take care of the problem. my bank is aware of everything. And they will not pay for the additional 3 charges.

Thanks to your info I talked to Melissa at 425-889-9642 ext 592. She explained that someone hacked our info for a fraudulant charge of $49.99 on 06/08/10. She said she would reverse the charges and that it takes 3-5 business days. She was able to tell me the hackers had our card #, exp. date, 3 digit sec code and our address. She also said they could have gotten all that from using the card anywhere, grocery store, online, etc. I called our bank immediately and cancelled that card. Very unsettling how easy this can happen.

I also was charged 49.99 from Valve Software, called our bank and they gave me 425-889-9642. I called and had to leave a message - we will see what happens.

Same thing happened here , I live in grand rapids area and yesterday I got the charge for $ 53.94 from TMA AFFILNAME GAMENAME ,I only buy food and grocery from Meijer and Horrock store and Menards, Biglots,only last week I bought prepay phone card from T-mobile it is located in woodland mall,if I purchase something I will use the BOA create new credit card number and certain amount. So I really don't know how they got my credit card number. Thanks my BOA email and called me so I can stop it and get the new card. Always check your bank accounts often it is never careful enough.

same thing here I'm in detroit michigan and IM getting 2 or 3 charges for $53.94 a month from TMA Gamename Affiliate. I only use my cards online for paying my website fee's...my cellphone...and 1 website for my work out supplements. The banks have replaced my personal card, and business card twice each. Today i check out my statement and there it is again!!!! im going banana's over this and the bank is pretty much ready to call me an idiot.

For those of you getting unknown charges on your account, I have heard a lot of the fraud charges are from employees at Supplement Warehouse.com
I know for a fact  after speaking with Elyssa that she is the only one pretty much who answers these calls and she was very very helpful.  If you leave a message she will call you back. On the general mailbox, i guess she doenst have voicemail?  
I had unknown charges and left a voicemail and she called me back within the hour. The credit takes a while I guess and it also depends on what your bank policy is.

Just checking out some fraudulent charges on my credit card and came across this site.  Have two charges for $49.99 from this "company".  Never have heard of them before.  Just curious, you wouldn't happen to use Net10 would you?  I'm trying to figure out how these creeps got my credit card info and the timing for it corresponds to an online transaction with them.

I too have fradulent charges from these people, so I tried the number you posted for Elyssa, and got a recording saying I had reached Marco!  So I didn't leave a message since obviously this is not a direct line to anywhere, but musical phones!  Also, when I tried to leave a voice message to someone in billing, it said that the mailbox was full !!!!  What a scam they have going.  Since everyone seems to know about this or experienced it, why is it still going on?

On 4/14/10  I had a charge of 53.94 from TMA AFFILNAME, GAMENAME  I called and left an ugly message for someone to call me back immediatley, I recieved a phone call on the same day from ELYSSA her # is 415-934-2146 and the charges were off my account on 4/15/10!
I also had a charge of 49.99 from VALVE SOFTWARE, I left message for them also, again, not a nice one.  Melissa returned the call her ph# is 425-889-9642 ext 592.  I have not been credited for that charge YET, but I will be talking with her today, she had to wait for the charge to post, it was still pending yesterday.  Hope this helps every one.

I was checking my boa visa account and was notified of an attempted  charge of $39.99 for an order placed on April 6th to TMA Gamestop Didital D. I've never done business or had any contact with this company in any way, shape or form. It aroused suspicion and boa was vigilant enough to disallow the charge and freeze my account. I had only used that card to make online purchases and it was never out of my possession, so I have to assume that my personal information was stolen online. I had to cancel that account and get a new card. Boa's fraud dept. is looking into the matter but I thought I might as well relate my own experience with this shady company after discovering this site from a google search

I noticed a bill for $54 from them on my credit card.  The previous day, I had downloaded FREE tax software from a company which the IRS linked me to.  I paid $8 for my taxes online, so I wonder if it's then that Gamestop added on an additional charge.   My credit card company tried to set up a conference call with this place, but they didn't answer.  So my credit card company said the burden of proof lies with Gamestop, which basically means the charge will be removed.

I purchase on line the Wheel of Fortune game and expected to be able to play it unlimited and was billed
by TM NET gAMES on my credit card with the phone number 4152553131 which is apparently a fraud.

I received numerous charges from "TMA*GAMESTOP DIGITAL D 415-255-3131 WA"  I don't know who these people are, but I can assure you I've never bought anything from them.

I received 2 charges from a trymedia.com on my bank statement.  I've never heard of this website.  There is no phone number listed on the website anywhere.

My mom had a charge from this company on her debit card (with this number in the description).  Turns out she bought a game back in January, and they are just now billing her CC in March.  She thought it was a scam at first, but then looked at her bank records showing there was no previous charge for the game.  Before realizing it was an accurate charge she called the company and left a message.  They called her back within an hour, but she had figured it out by then.  I dont know whether they really scam people or not, but just keep in mind, the charge could be from something purchased a month or two ago.  Obviously their billing is delayed.

i bought a game from gamestop (sims3) they use trymedia those jerks charged me three times for this damn game in which i never received email for NOTHING thank god i had the funds in my bank stupid jerks anyway i called them ppl (after emailing them 20x and no answer) took like 10x to get sum stupid jerk to answer and they said it was my bank not them pfft! as if ! anyway my bank called them had them fax sum bs and i got my money DO NOT GO THRU GAMESTOP or you will deal with trymedia's scams

This is exactly what happened to me - tried to buy a game through Gamestop and got the error message so I retried several times before giving up.  Must be a scam because they now have $270 from me.  I'll be fighting to get it back, but it doesn't look good considering the comments I'm seeing.

I also received a charge from tm netgames for 23.94 on 01/22/10 for a purchase I didn't make.  I currently have a fraud investigation started at my bank.  Call your bank and have them investigate it.
