Yes, this is techrepublic.com sales efforts. Email them and tell them to stop, it is really becoming a problem for me, they are calling 5-10 times a day.

Call three times in a morning without leaving a message; I returned the call to "Patricia" at some online publication house for VoIP -- she said they had been calling because I downloaded white papers from an online source (I believe it to be TechRepublic.com). They had all of my office contact information.
